The luxury bathroom exceeded my expectations. The design was elegant and modern, with high-quality fixtures that gave it a premium feel. The space was very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive, from the soft towels to the lighting. It was well worth it for anyone who wants a real bathroom at an outdoor event.

I was so surprised at how fantastic these portable restrooms are! This really changes the whole idea of portables. When I was inside, I forgot I was in a trailer. The look, the smell, everything. Great job!

Inside every luxury bathroom trailer we deliver to Irvine

Each portable bathroom trailer in our Orange County fleet works like a small, finished building on wheels. Guests climb a few steps with rails, lock the door behind them and find a flushing toilet, a vanity with running water, a mirror and soft lights. The air is cool on an 85 degree August afternoon and warm on a 49 degree January night, because every unit has its own AC and heat. We stock paper, soap and towels before the trailer leaves the yard.

  • White china toilets with a foot pedal flush
  • Vanities with real sinks, running water and soap
  • Air conditioning and heat in every unit
  • Onboard fresh water and waste tanks, so no sewer hookup is needed
  • Interior and exterior lights for evening events
  • Plugs into a standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit, or we bring a quiet generator

Which bathroom trailer station size fits an Irvine job

Irvine jobs range from a 40-guest birthday in a Deerfield backyard to a festival lawn at the Great Park with thousands of people. Use the guide below as a starting point, then call and we will size it with you. Our full lineup of portable bathroom trailer rentals in Southern California lists every unit.

2-station and 3-station: driveways, side yards and small offices

The 2-station has one women’s room and one men’s room and covers about 150 guests. The 3-station adds a second women’s room and handles about 225. Both run on one 20 amp circuit, and the compact versions are only about 12 to 16 feet long with the tongue, which helps on the curving streets of Woodbury and Stonegate.

5-station: school events, church festivals and long workdays

The 5-station has three stalls and two sinks on the women’s side and a stall, a urinal and a sink on the men’s side. It serves 150 to 450 guests and carries a 520 gallon waste tank, so it goes longer between pumpings on a busy job.

8-station private: formal dinners, product launches and corporate campuses

Eight unisex private rooms, each with its own toilet, urinal and sink, so no one waits in a line split by gender. It covers 400 to 600 guests, holds 400 gallons of fresh water and is about 35 feet long, so plan a parking-lot spot rather than a driveway. See the Irvine-ready 8-station private bathroom trailer page for photos and the full spec list.

9-station: tournaments, festivals and big crowds

Five women’s stalls, two men’s stalls and two urinals serve 400 to 900 guests over a five-hour event. It has two AC units, a 750 gallon waste tank and needs two 20 amp circuits within 100 feet.

ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6: accessible rooms with a built-in ramp

The ADA plus 2 pairs a women’s room and a men’s room with a large unisex ADA room and a self-contained ramp, for events up to about 200 guests. The ADA plus 6 has seven rooms in all, including one ADA room, and serves events and job sites up to about 300. Our guide to ADA trailers for Orange County events explains ramp space and placement.

Not sure which size you need? Call (818) 593-0069 with your head count and hours. We will pick the size and send a quote the same day.

How many portable bathroom trailers an Irvine event needs

Head count is only half the math. How long people stay, whether drinks are served and how many hours a crew works all change the answer. Here is the rough guide our dispatch team uses for Irvine jobs before we fine-tune it on the phone.

  • Up to about 150 guests for an evening: one 2-station unit.
  • Up to about 225 guests, or a party with an open bar: a 3-station unit.
  • 150 to 450 guests over a full afternoon: a 5-station unit.
  • 400 to 600 guests who expect privacy, such as a formal dinner or a launch: the 8-station private.
  • 400 to 900 guests over about five hours: a 9-station unit, plus an ADA plus 2 for accessible access.
  • Job sites: California rules call for at least one toilet for every 20 workers, so an ADA plus 2 covers a crew of about 30.

For crowds over 1,000, we combine units in banks and spread them out so no one walks more than a few minutes. Add one more unit if the event runs past five hours or serves alcohol, because use climbs fast late in the day. Tell us the timeline when you call (818) 593-0069 and we will build the plan around it.

Irvine villages and districts where our portable bathroom trailers go

Irvine covers about 66 square miles and close to 318,000 people, built as a set of planned villages, business districts and open space. We deliver to every one of them, plus the rest of Orange County. Our drivers know the side streets and the loading rules of the big office parks. Browse all of our Orange County and Los Angeles bathroom trailer service areas, or call and we will tell you how quickly we can reach your address.

Irvine Spectrum District and Oak Creek

The Spectrum area mixes the outdoor mall, hotels, office towers and thousands of apartments along the 405 and the 5. Work there never really stops. The Irvine Company is finishing the last phase of Spectrum Terrace, three four-story office buildings with more than 345,000 square feet, and it has proposed turning the Oak Creek Golf Course and two nearby parcels into a new neighborhood. Tenant improvements, lobby remodels and pop-up events in this district usually call for a 3-station or an 8-station private unit on a surface lot.

The Civic Center, Westpark and Walnut Village

Central and west Irvine are older villages with mature trees, community parks and a lot of backyard parties. Bill Barber Memorial Park, next to City Hall, hosts community events beside its lake, and the parks in Westpark and Walnut see youth sports, reunions and church picnics most weekends. Lots here are flat and easy, though street parking fills fast on Saturdays, so we like to set the trailer early.

Woodbury, Stonegate, Cypress Village and Eastwood

The newer villages north of the 5 are full of young families, which means birthday parties, graduations and home remodels. Most homes have short driveways and HOA rules about what can sit out front and for how long. We usually send a 2-station or 3-station unit here, place it on the driveway or a side yard, and pick it up the day after the event.

University Hills, College Park, El Camino Real and Deerfield

These neighborhoods sit closest to the UC Irvine campus and the I-405 business corridor. We see graduation parties every June, faculty events, home additions and long remodels where a family loses its only bathroom for weeks. For those jobs a compact unit on a monthly plan with weekly service keeps the house usable.

Laguna Altura and the southern hills

Homes near the 133 and the hills of the Irvine Ranch open space host estate weddings and holiday parties with long views and steep drives. Send us a photo of the spot first. We check the slope and the turn, and if a big unit will not fit, we pick a smaller one that will.

Great Park, UC Irvine and other places we set up deluxe bathroom trailers

Irvine has a few big places that drive most of the event and construction calls we get. Here is what we see at each one and the unit that usually fits.

Aerial view of the Great Park balloon and sports fields in Irvine, CA, The Lavatory Los Angeles
Aerial view of rows of tennis courts at the Great Park sports complex in Irvine, CA, The Lavatory Los Angeles

The Great Park build-out and its events

The former El Toro air base is still turning into a huge city park. The plan for the rest of the Great Park includes a 194-acre sports complex, a retail village and a permanent outdoor concert venue that starts construction in 2026 and is set to open in 2028. Building 369, an old hangar on the Cultural Terrace, is also being turned into a large indoor event space. Grading crews, trades and inspectors on those jobs need clean bathrooms for months, and we set up mobile bathroom trailers with weekly pumping for that kind of work.

The park also hosts the city’s biggest public days: a Lunar New Year festival each February, a Fourth of July celebration with a parade, drone show and fireworks, the Irvine Global Village Festival in the fall, and tournaments across the soccer, baseball and tennis complexes. For big public days like these we pair 9-station trailers with an ADA plus 2 at each bank.

UC Irvine, the Bren Events Center and UCI Health

UC Irvine is the largest employer in the city, with more than 28,000 people on its payroll. The 5,608-seat Bren Events Center hosts commencement ceremonies, concerts and games, and graduation season fills every backyard in the nearby villages with parties. Just off the 405, UCI Health opened its new Irvine hospital in December 2025, a seven-story, 144-bed building billed as the first all-electric acute care hospital in the United States. Medical campuses and labs call us for restroom backup during plumbing shutdowns and remodels, and an indoor-friendly 2-station unit can even sit inside a hall or a warehouse with tall doors.

Bommer Canyon Cattle Camp and William R. Mason Regional Park

The Cattle Camp at Bommer Canyon is a 15-acre event area the city rents out from April through October for weddings, company picnics and family reunions. It has a stage, a chuck wagon kitchen and ADA paths, and it is a fair walk from permanent restrooms for a large group. Mason Regional Park on University Drive covers more than 300 acres with a lake and group picnic shelters, and big reunions there often add a temporary bathroom trailer by the shelter.

Schools, churches and community groups

Irvine Unified is one of the largest employers in the city, and its campuses host carnivals, sports meets, science nights and summer remodels. Irvine Valley College and Concordia University add commencement days, club events and campus construction. Churches across the city book us for festivals, retreats and the weeks when a fellowship hall bathroom is being rebuilt. Most school and church jobs fit a 5-station unit, with an ADA plus 2 added when the public is invited.

Office parks, labs and private estates

Irvine is home to companies like Edwards Lifesciences and Blizzard Entertainment, plus hundreds of smaller medical, tech and finance firms. A ruptured line in a two-story office building can close every restroom for days. We park a deluxe bathroom trailer by the nearest door, run power from an outside outlet and keep the staff working. On the residential side, golf course parties, garden weddings and milestone birthdays in gated communities book our luxury units because guests stay out of the house.

Every unit we send to Irvine follows the same standards you can see on our why choose us page for luxury restroom service in Orange County, from a quick delivery window to a clean, stocked trailer and a driver who levels it right.

An Irvine event calendar for luxury bathroom trailer rentals

Demand in Irvine follows the school year and the park calendar. Booking early for these weeks gets you the size you want.

  • January and February: Lunar New Year parties at homes and businesses, plus the city festival at the Great Park in early February.
  • March through May: spring tournaments, church festivals, school carnivals and the start of the Cattle Camp rental season in April.
  • June: graduation season at UC Irvine, Irvine Valley College, Concordia University and the high schools, with backyard parties every weekend.
  • July and August: Fourth of July block parties, summer camps, company picnics and the hottest weeks for AC demand.
  • September and October: the Irvine Global Village Festival, fall weddings, Halloween events and Santa Ana wind season.
  • November and December: office holiday parties, family gatherings and year-end remodels while staff is out.

Construction and long-term rentals run all year. Emergency calls come any day, and our dispatch is open around the clock for them.

Permits, ADA counts and placement for temporary bathroom trailers in Irvine

A private party on private land in Irvine rarely needs a permit for a bathroom trailer. Public events do, and the city spells out how many accessible units you need. Here is what the rules say so you can file early.

City of Irvine special event permits

The city asks for a City of Irvine special event permit when an event brings road closures, tents or other structures, amplified sound, or food and alcohol. Events under 1,500 people should apply at least 30 days ahead, and events with 1,500 or more need six months. Depending on the event, the Orange County Fire Authority, the county Health Care Agency and state alcohol licensing may also sign off. Mark the trailer location on your site plan, and we will match it on delivery day.

How many accessible units an Irvine event needs

The city’s special event accessibility requirements says that when accessible and standard restrooms are not within 200 feet of the venue, the organizer must bring in portable restrooms, and 5 percent of them must be accessible. For a 20-room setup, that means at least one accessible room. Our ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6 trailers each carry an accessible room with a built-in ramp, which makes that count easy to meet. Accessible routes to the trailer should stay under a 5 percent slope, so we set ramps on the flattest ground we can find.

Food booths and the county health rules

If food is sold or served to the public, the OC Health Care Agency asks for one toilet for every 15 food employees within 200 feet of each booth, with warm running water for handwashing. The organizer submits a site plan, drawn to scale, that shows the restrooms at least two weeks before the event. Our trailers have sinks with warm water built in, which covers the handwashing part on the spot.

Placement tips for lots, lawns and driveways

The best spot is level, close to the crowd and easy for a truck to reach. Paved lots are ideal. Grass works well in dry weather, and we lay boards under the jacks on soft turf so the trailer does not sink or leave ruts. Keep the doors at least a few feet from walls, tents and fences so the steps can fold down. Look up as well: most units stand about 11 to 12 and a half feet tall with the AC on top, so watch for low branches, carports and parking structure ceilings. At night, a spot near a light pole helps guests find the trailer, and every unit has its own exterior lights as a backup.

Police, traffic and street placement

Anything that closes a street or blocks traffic runs through the Irvine Police Department special events office, so plan for that time when you book. We place trailers on private lots, driveways and park pads whenever possible, and we keep fire lanes and sidewalks clear.

Heat, Santa Ana winds and fire season around Irvine bathroom trailers

Irvine weather is mild most of the year, which makes outdoor events easy to plan. August highs average about 85 degrees with lows near 65, while January days reach about 65 and nights drop near 49. The city gets roughly 12 to 14 inches of rain a year, nearly all of it between November and April.

The hard days come with the Santa Ana winds. On October 26, 2020, the Silverado Fire started near Santiago Canyon Road and ran toward Orchard Hills, Northwood and Portola Springs on gusts up to 80 miles per hour. It burned more than 13,000 acres, more than 78,000 homes were told to evacuate, and Irvine schools near the fire line were cleared out. During emergencies like that, shelters, command posts and crews need working bathrooms fast, and our emergency bathroom trailer rental service for Orange County keeps units ready for that call.

What we do on hot and windy days

  • Run the AC before guests arrive so the trailer is cool from the first visit
  • Park with the doors facing away from the wind and set the steps on firm ground
  • Add a pumping and restock visit for long, hot events
  • Move units out of harm’s way when a Red Flag Warning or evacuation order is posted

Bathroom trailer rentals in Irvine for long jobs, emergencies and more

Not every rental is a one-day party. A lot of our Irvine work lasts weeks or months, and those jobs need a different plan.

  • Construction and remodels. Office tenant improvements, new homes and public works jobs get a unit on site with weekly pumping and restocking.
  • Plumbing failures. When a main line breaks at an office, a school or a restaurant, we deliver a deluxe unit the same day so the doors stay open.
  • Water outages and repairs. Our trailers carry their own fresh water, so they keep working when the building does not.
  • Film and photo shoots. Production days in office parks and on residential streets get a quiet, clean unit near base camp.
  • Emergency response. Shelters, evacuation centers and crews get units with 24/7 immediate dispatch.

Monthly rentals come with a service plan built around your crowd. Call (818) 593-0069 or ask for a quote and tell us how long you need the unit.

Cleaning, pumping and restocking for mobile bathroom trailers in Irvine

A luxury unit only stays luxury if someone keeps it that way. On a one-day event, we deliver the trailer clean and fully stocked, and that is enough for most parties. Multi-day events and long rentals get a service plan. Our service truck pumps the waste tank, refills the fresh water, wipes down every room and restocks paper, soap and towels.

On a busy job site, that visit might come twice a week. At an office using the trailer for every staff member, it can be every other day. For a weekend festival, we service after the gates close each night so the units open fresh in the morning. If something goes wrong, such as a clogged toilet or a tripped breaker, call (818) 593-0069 and we send someone out.

How renting a private bathroom trailer in Irvine works

  1. Call or send a quote request. Share the date, the address, the head count and how long you need the trailer. We confirm the size the same day.
  2. We check the spot. A quick photo or site plan lets us look at gates, slopes, trees and HOA rules so the unit fits on the first try.
  3. We deliver and set it up. The driver levels the trailer, sets steps and rails, connects power, tests the water and stocks every room.
  4. We service it and haul it away. Longer rentals get pumping and restocking on a schedule. When you are done, we pick it up and leave the spot clean.

Before the truck arrives

  • A level spot about the size of one or two parking spaces
  • A clear path for the truck, with gates open and low branches trimmed
  • An outdoor outlet on its own circuit within about 100 feet, or a note that you need a generator
  • A name and cell number for the person meeting our driver

Named clients and three Irvine bathroom trailer stories

The Lavatory network has delivered for Fortune 500 companies including Google, Tesla, Caesars Palace, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target, and for pro teams like the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A’s and the Las Vegas Raiders. In Irvine the same service goes to property managers, builders, schools, churches, hotels and families planning one big day.

A Spectrum office loses its restrooms

A property manager near the Spectrum called before 7 a.m. after a sewer line backed up under a two-story office building. We had an 8-station private unit on the surface lot by mid-morning, and the tenants used it for eleven days while the plumbers dug out the line. “We never had to send anyone home,” the manager told our driver on pickup day.

A graduation party in Woodbury

A family planning a party for a new UC Irvine grad expected 60 people, then 110. We swapped their 2-station for a 3-station unit, fit it on the driveway with room to spare and picked it up the next afternoon. “Half the guests asked where we found it,” the mom said.

A tournament weekend at the Great Park

A youth sports league needed bathrooms for two full days of games on fields far from the permanent restrooms. We set two 9-station trailers and an ADA plus 2 near the fields, pumped and restocked them after each day, and had everything gone Monday morning. “No lines and no complaints,” the league director wrote afterward.

Irvine bathroom trailer rental questions, answered

Do I need a City of Irvine permit for a bathroom trailer at a private party?

Usually not. A trailer on your own driveway or yard for a private party needs no city permit. A public event with road closures, tents, amplified sound or food sales needs a special event permit, and your HOA may have its own rules about how long the trailer can stay.

How many accessible units does a public event in Irvine need?

The city asks for portable restrooms when regular ones are not within 200 feet, and 5 percent of them must be accessible. An ADA plus 2 or ADA plus 6 trailer covers that with one unit.

Can you deliver to an office park or lab campus during work hours?

Yes. We set up early or late if the property has delivery windows, and we coordinate with security for gate access and parking.

Will a large trailer fit on an Irvine driveway?

A compact 2-station or 3-station unit fits most driveways. The 9-station is about 26 feet long with the tongue and the 8-station private is about 35 feet, so those usually go on a lot or a wide side yard.

Do I need to provide water or a sewer hookup?

No. Every trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks. You only need a standard outdoor outlet within about 100 feet, or we bring a generator.

How fast can you get a bathroom trailer to Irvine?

We dispatch 24/7, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. For the best choice of sizes, call as soon as you know your date.

How often do you service a trailer on a long rental?

Most long rentals get pumping and restocking once or twice a week. Busy job sites and offices can add more visits, and we plan the schedule around your hours.

Do you keep working during Red Flag days and evacuations?

Yes. Our dispatch stays open, and we deliver to shelters, command posts and crews. If a trailer sits in an area under an evacuation order, we move it when it is safe to do so.

Can a trailer sit on grass or artificial turf at a park?

Yes, in most cases. We set boards under the jacks and wheels to spread the weight, and we avoid sprinkler heads and soft, wet ground. Some parks ask for the trailer to stay on pavement, so check your reservation terms.

Nearby cities for bathroom trailer rentals: Tustin, Lake Forest, Newport Beach and more

Irvine shares borders with several cities, and we deliver to all of them the same day. In Tustin we serve the old Marine base redevelopment, schools and family parties. In Lake Forest we cover business parks, churches and homes near the foothills, and in Newport Beach we bring luxury units to harbor parties, beach weddings and big home remodels. North of Irvine, see our page for luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Santa Ana, home of the county civic center, and our page for Anaheim portable bathroom trailer rentals, near the stadium and resort district. Along the coast, our crews also handle deluxe bathroom trailer rentals in Huntington Beach for surf events, festivals and beach weddings.

Farther out, we cover Costa Mesa and its fairgrounds, the business parks of Laguna Hills and Aliso Viejo, family parties across Mission Viejo, and weddings in Laguna Beach. Wherever the job is in Orange County, the same dispatch desk answers, and the same clean trailers roll out of our yard.
