The Lavatory Los Angeles is the #1 name in private shower trailer rentals across Los Angeles, and the accessible combo is the one unit in our fleet that puts a roll-in shower, a toilet and a sink in one large private room behind one door. A self-contained ramp leads to the door, so guests who use a wheelchair, a walker or a cane get the same hot shower as everyone else. People rent it for home recovery, film sets, events, hospitals, job sites, shelters and more. Call (818) 593-0069 now for same-day delivery or ask for a free quote, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.

This unit is one of five rentals on our main page for private shower trailer rentals in Los Angeles, and one of four units on our page for wheelchair accessible ADA trailers across Southern California. Call us for a quote today and we will help you pick the right one.
One Large Room With a Roll-In Shower, Toilet and Sink
Most portable shower trailers split the shower and the toilet into separate stalls, which works fine for a crowd but is hard on someone who moves slowly or needs help. This unit puts everything in one wide private room, so a person never has to leave the room, cross a platform or wait in a second line between the shower and the bathroom. That single-room layout is the whole point of the unit, because a caregiver can step in to help and there is still enough floor space to turn a wheelchair all the way around.
- Roll-in shower with no curb to climb, a fold-down bench seat and a hand-held wand on a slide bar.
- China toilet with grab bars on the side and back walls.
- Open sink with knee space below, a large vanity and a wide mirror.
- Hot and cold water controls, with the shower head metered to 1.5 gallons a minute.
- Smooth gel-coated fiberglass walls, ceiling and floor base, so our attendants can clean the whole room fast.
- AC and heat on a smart touch digital thermostat, with bright LED lights inside and over the door.
The finish feels like a hotel bathroom, not a job-site box. Our photos show it dressed for an event with a bath rug and a plant, and the room holds a steady temperature on a hot August day in the Valley or a cold January night in the Antelope Valley.
Specs and Floor Plan for the Deluxe Accessible Combo
- Layout: 1 private room with a roll-in shower, a toilet and a sink
- Box size: 8′ 5″ x 14′ 6″
- Length with the tongue: 25′
- Width with the entry and ramp: 13′ 6″
- Height with AC: 11′ 4″
- Fresh water tank: 105 gallons
- Waste tank: 300 gallons
- Shower head: 1.5 GPM metered, hot and cold
- Climate: 1 AC unit with heat
- Power: two dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet
The floor plan shows how it all fits. The mechanical room sits at the back. The room itself fills the rest of the box, and a 5 by 6 foot landing platform meets the door, with a 4 by 8 foot ramp down to the ground. Our drivers lower the trailer during setup, which keeps the ramp short and the slope gentle. The whole kit rides with the unit, so there is nothing to rent from a second vendor.
How Many Hot Showers One Tank Gives the Portable Combo Trailer
At 1.5 gallons a minute, the 105 gallon fresh tank gives about 70 minutes of running shower water before a refill, less whatever the toilet and sink use. For one person at home, that is several days of normal use. For a set or an event where many people share the room, plan on a refill and a pump-out each day from our service truck. The 300 gallon waste tank is the bigger buffer, which is why a single private room can stay on site for weeks with a simple service plan.
- One person recovering at home: service every few days, often once a week.
- A film or TV base camp: daily refill and pumping while the crew shoots long days.
- A one-day event: full tanks at delivery are usually enough, with an attendant if you want one.
- Shelters and emergencies: a service truck on a set route that refills and pumps each unit.

Where a Mobile Shower and Bathroom Room Helps Most in Los Angeles
Requests for this unit come from all over Southern California, and many of them have nothing to do with a party. A few of the jobs it covers:
- Home recovery and home care: after a hip or knee surgery, a stroke or a long hospital stay, when the bathroom at home has a tub, a step or a narrow door.
- Home remodels: a bathroom gutted for a remodel in Studio City or Torrance, with a family member who cannot climb into a temporary tub.
- Hospitals, clinics and care homes: patient showers while a wing is closed for repairs or the water is shut off.
- Film, TV and commercial sets: an accessible room for talent, extras and crew at base camps in Burbank, Hollywood and Culver City.
- Events: weddings, festivals, races and city events that already have bathroom trailers and need one accessible room with a shower.
- Emergencies and shelters: wildfire evacuation centers, flood cleanups and power or water outages where people need a place to wash.
- Job sites and plants: shutdowns, remote sites and long projects with a worker who needs an accessible shower.
For bigger groups, this room works best as part of a set. Pair it with our ADA plus 2 shower trailer for Los Angeles County jobs when a crowd needs more shower rooms, or with the 2-station combo shower trailer in Southern California when people need two shower and bathroom rooms side by side. If the job is about bathrooms more than showers, the ADA plus 2 bathroom trailer rental in LA gives you a ramp plus two more stations. After a fire, a flood or a water main break, ask our dispatch desk about emergency shower and restroom trailer delivery across LA.

Recent Jobs for the Accessible Hot-Water Shower Trailer
A street shoot in San Jose
RadicalMedia needed an accessible shower and bathroom room for a shoot on a quiet residential street. We backed the unit to the curb, set the ramp down onto the street and ringed the foot of the ramp with cones so cast and crew could walk up it safely all day.
A monthly rental beside a building in Elko, Nevada
Michael Clay Corporation rented two of our accessible combo units on a monthly plan for a project in Elko. We placed each one on the pavement beside the building with its ramp running down to the sidewalk, and we serviced the tanks on a set schedule between visits.
An indoor summit in a San Francisco hall
For the NAS Summit, we set this unit indoors next to two bathroom trailers on the concrete floor of a large exhibit hall. The ramp met the hall floor, the room was ready before the doors opened, and attendees had an accessible room with a sink and a shower for the whole event.

Space, Power and Water for a Private Shower Room With a Ramp
Plan for a flat area about 25 feet long and 14 feet wide, plus room for our truck to back in, which means a driveway, a pair of parking spaces or a level side yard usually works. The foot of the ramp needs a firm landing and a clear path to it, so put that approach on concrete, asphalt or packed gravel rather than soft lawn. Our ramps follow the slope, landing and handrail rules in the U.S. Access Board guide to ramps and curb ramps, and the shower and toilet layout follows the guide to accessible bathing rooms from the same agency. For a plain-language look at why these rules exist, the U.S. Department of Justice keeps an introduction to the ADA.
Power needs are simple: the unit draws from two dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet. If the closest outlets share a breaker with a kitchen or there is no outlet at all, we bring a quiet generator. Fresh water rides on board and the waste tank holds everything until we pump it, so no water or sewer hookup is required. Keeping the unit for months? See our page on long-term temporary bathroom and shower setups in Los Angeles.

Questions About the Accessible Combo Shower Trailer
Are the shower and the toilet in the same room?
Yes. The roll-in shower, the toilet and the sink share one large private room with one door, so nobody has to go outside between them.
Can a caregiver come in and help?
Yes. The room is wide enough for a wheelchair to turn and for a second person to stand beside the shower seat or the toilet.
Will it fit in a driveway?
Most of the time. The unit is about 25 feet long with the tongue, so a standard two-car driveway or a flat side yard usually works. Send us a photo and we will confirm.
Is the water hot right away?
Yes. The unit heats its own water, and our driver runs the shower before leaving to make sure it is hot.
Can we keep it for a month or longer?
Yes. Long rentals are common for home care and building projects. We set a refill and pump-out schedule based on how often the room is used.
How fast can you deliver?
Our dispatch desk is open 24/7, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours in the Los Angeles area, with same-day delivery across Southern California.
