Why a 5-station portable bathroom fits 150 to 450 guests
At almost every large event the longest line forms outside the women’s door, and shortening that line is the main reason this trailer exists. The women’s side has three private stalls and two sinks, which is one more stall than our 3-station, and the men’s side has its own stall, a urinal and a sink behind a separate door. Five people can use the trailer at the same time, each one in a private stall.
Our planning range is 150 to 450 guests. For a shorter event of about five hours, one trailer can serve up to about 500 people. Toward the top of that range, think about what is on the menu. An open bar, a long dinner service or a hot afternoon in the Valley all push use up, and we will tell you on the phone when two trailers make more sense than one. With over 250 units in the fleet, we can usually send both.
The tank size matters just as much as the stall count, since a trailer that fills up halfway through the night is no help to anyone. The floor plan shows the split. The women’s room fills most of the box, with three stalls along one wall and a two-sink vanity across from them. The men’s room sits at one end with a stall, a urinal and its own sink. Each side has its own door, stairs and railing, so the two lines never cross.

Every room is finished like a nice hotel bathroom, starting with white china toilets that flush with a foot pedal so nobody touches a handle. Stainless steel sinks run hot and cold water under oversized mirrors with decorative frames. Walls, ceiling and sub-floor are smooth one-piece gel-coated fiberglass, which our team can wipe clean in minutes between rush periods. LED lights brighten the rooms inside and the steps outside, and the stairs are self-leveling with platforms and railings.

Power, water and placement for a large bathroom trailer
The trailer needs one dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within 100 feet. An outdoor outlet on its own breaker is ideal. If there is no outlet nearby, we bring a quiet generator. Water is on board, so there is no hose to run, and the waste tank holds everything until our service truck pumps it.
Pick a spot that is close to level and about 22 feet long by 14 feet wide, with room for the truck to back in, and keep in mind that pavement, gravel, grass and packed dirt all work fine. Placing it on a city street usually takes a temporary permit, and we can tell you what your city asks for.
