The Lavatory Los Angeles is the #1 rated name for 8-station private bathroom trailer rentals in Los Angeles, and this is the biggest private-room unit in our luxury fleet. Eight doors open into eight locking unisex rooms, each with its own flushing toilet, urinal and sink, so 400 to 600 guests share the trailer without a single shared hallway. It goes to festivals, corporate campuses, film lots, stadium lots, job sites, disaster staging areas and more. Call now for same-day delivery or a fast quote: our dispatch desk is open 24/7, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.

Honest and easy to talk to. They laid out a plan and carried it out, and it went past what we expected. We got several compliments from our employees and our high-end customers on how clean the facilities were. They are now one of our preferred vendors!
Why eight private bathroom rooms move a crowd faster
Most large bathroom trailers split people into a men’s side and a women’s side. At a busy event, one side almost always backs up while the other side sits half empty, and guests end up waiting for no good reason. The 8-station private bathroom trailer skips that split entirely, because every room is unisex and fully walled, so the next person in line simply takes the next open door.
That one change does a lot for a large crowd. Parents can take a small child into one room together, and guests who prefer a gender-neutral option never have to choose a side. Staff can clean one room while the other seven stay open, so the trailer never shuts down for service in the middle of a show. With no shared sink area, guests wash up in their own room behind a locked door.

What you get inside each private bathroom stall
Each room is compact, bright and built so our service team can wipe it down in minutes, with smooth gel-coated fiberglass covering the walls, the ceiling and the sub-floor so there are no seams to trap grime.
- A white china toilet with a foot-pedal flush, so nobody touches a handle
- A wall urinal in every room, which keeps the toilets cleaner through a long night
- A stainless steel sink with running water and a framed oversized mirror
- LED lights inside each room and over the doors outside for evening events
- Two AC and heat units, each set from its own Smart Touch digital thermostat
- Self-leveling steps with a platform and handrails at all eight doors
- Soft paper, hand soap, paper towels and a fresh scent stocked before delivery
Hot afternoon in the San Fernando Valley? Cool night on the coast? The two climate units keep all eight rooms comfortable either way. The finish looks like a hotel bathroom, not a job-site box, which matters when your guests are dressed up or your clients are on site.
Long rentals get fresh supplies on a set schedule. For events, we can add a uniformed attendant who checks and restocks every room while the crowd is there.
8-station luxury bathroom trailer specs and site needs
This is a big unit, so it pays to measure before you book. Here are the numbers your venue, your event planner or your site manager will usually ask for.
- Rooms: 8 unisex private stalls, each with 1 toilet, 1 urinal and 1 sink
- Guest capacity: 400 to 600 guests for a typical event
- Box size: 8′ 5″ wide by 29′ long
- Total length with the tongue: 35′
- Width with the steps down: 12′ 4″
- Height with the AC units: 11′ 10″
- Fresh water on board: 400 gallons
- Waste holding tank: 1,000 gallons
- Climate: 2 AC and heat units with Smart Touch digital thermostats
- Power: two dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet
The floor plan shows the layout: seven rooms in a row, the eighth room beside the mechanical room up front, and every door opening straight to the outside. The mechanical room holds the electrical panel and room for extra fresh water tanks on long jobs.
Plan for a level spot about 40 feet long and 15 feet deep, plus a clear path for the truck. Call (818) 593-0069 with the address and we will check the access with you before we quote.
How many guests one deluxe bathroom trailer handles
Plan on one 8-station unit for 400 to 600 guests at a typical event, and on a long workday it covers a large site without lines forming at lunch or break time. Drinks, hot weather and long hours fill the rooms faster than the number on the invitation suggests, so we size each rental by the length of the event and the menu as well as the guest count.
- Up to about 450 guests, or a smaller site: the 5-station often covers it.
- About 400 to 600 guests, or when you want every room private and unisex: the 8-station is the pick.
- Big crowds with separate men’s and women’s sides: the 9-station, with its larger shared rooms.
- Several thousand people: two or more units spread across the grounds, plus an accessible unit.
Still deciding? The 9-station portable bathroom trailer for big LA crowds has more fixtures in two shared rooms, which suits stadium lots and fairs. Our full lineup of luxury bathroom trailer rentals across Southern California runs from two stations to nine, and every size carries the same finish and the same cleaning standard.
Not sure one trailer is enough? Call (818) 593-0069 with your headcount and your hours. We will size it on the phone and send a written quote fast.

Recent 8-station bathroom trailer rentals and how they went
A product launch in Playa Vista for 550 guests
The host wanted one unit that looked as sharp as the event and did not split guests by gender. We parked the 8-station behind a hedge wall, ran two circuits from the building and added an attendant for the evening. Eight open doors kept the wait under a minute, even during the keynote break.
A three-day food festival at a Pomona fairground
Organizers expected about 1,800 people a day, so we sent two 8-station units and an accessible trailer, pumped the waste tanks each night and restocked every room before the gates opened. The cleanup crew could close one room at a time while the rest stayed open.
A wildfire base camp in the Antelope Valley
A relief team called late on a Sunday with hundreds of workers due on site within hours. Our driver had the unit leveled and running that night on a generator, with a water truck on a refill schedule. Workers had clean, private rooms after long shifts, and the unit stayed until the camp closed.

Power, water and placement for a large mobile bathroom
The 8-station needs two dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet. Two separate outlets on separate breakers in a building usually work. No power nearby? We bring a quiet generator sized for both climate units. The 400-gallon fresh tank and 1,000-gallon waste tank carry most one-day events with no hookups, and on longer jobs the unit can tie into on-site water and sewer.
Placement matters with a 35-foot unit. Pick a level spot with room for the truck to back in and for guests to reach the steps on the long side. Pavement, packed dirt and gravel all work well, and grass is fine in dry weather when the ground is firm. Street placement in the City of Los Angeles may need a temporary permit, so ask us what applies to your block.
Construction sites follow worker-to-toilet ratios in the federal OSHA construction sanitation standard, and California adds its own Cal/OSHA toilet facility rule in Title 8, Section 3364 for general workplaces. One 8-station unit covers a large crew under both, and we add units as the headcount grows. If guests or workers use wheelchairs, pair this trailer with our ADA plus 6 bathroom trailer rental in Los Angeles, which meets the federal ADA accessibility standards for its accessible room.

Questions about the 8-station private bathroom trailer
Are the eight rooms men’s or women’s?
Neither. All eight rooms are unisex and fully private, with a locking door, a toilet, a urinal and a sink in each one, so anyone can use whichever room is open.
Will a 35-foot trailer fit at my venue?
Most parking lots, fairgrounds and job sites have plenty of room, while tight backyards and narrow driveways often do not. Send us a photo and the gate width, and we will tell you if it fits or suggest two smaller units.
How long can it run before it needs pumping?
The 1,000-gallon waste tank covers a full day for its rated crowd. For multi-day events and long jobs, we set a pumping and restocking schedule based on daily use.
Can you place two 8-station units at one event?
Yes. Big festivals often place two or more units at opposite ends of the grounds, which shortens the walk for guests and splits the crowd evenly.
Do you offer an attendant for the rooms?
Yes. For galas, launches and festivals we can add a uniformed attendant who cleans and restocks each room during the event.
How soon can you deliver an 8-station unit?
Same-day delivery is often possible when a unit is open, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours for emergencies. For festival weekends, book early.
