I rented a 2-station restroom trailer for a party at my house and it was nice, clean and smelled great. We had a good number of guests, and even after the party was over it was still clean. They really came through for me and my family. I recommend them for your next event!

★★★★★ Google review
We used it for my son’s wedding in our backyard last summer and it was perfect. Clean and luxurious, unlike any portable restroom I have ever seen. I would recommend them 10/10 for any event!

Inside the two private rooms of a luxury 2-station trailer
Each room has its own exterior door with a lock, its own fold-down steps with rails, and its own ventilation, so nobody walks through one room to reach the other. No one shares. The women’s room holds a china toilet with a foot flush and a stainless sink set in a stone-look vanity. The men’s room adds a wall urinal next to the toilet and sink, which keeps that line short at a busy party, because one guest can use the urinal while another uses the toilet behind a closed stall door.

The walls, ceiling and sub-floor are one-piece gel-coated fiberglass, which is why our yard team can scrub a room top to bottom between rentals and send it out looking new. Oversized mirrors with framed edges, LED lights inside and out, and a smart touch digital thermostat round it out. We stock every room before it leaves the yard with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and a fresh scent, and we can add more supplies for long rentals.
- Women’s room: 1 china flush toilet and 1 stainless sink with running water
- Men’s room: 1 china flush toilet, 1 urinal and 1 stainless sink
- Comfort: 1 AC and heat unit, smart touch thermostat, interior and exterior LED lights
- Build: one-piece gel-coated fiberglass walls, ceiling and sub-floor, framed mirrors, self-leveling stairs with platforms and railings
Specs, power and space needs for the 2-station portable bathroom
| Spec | 2-station luxury bathroom trailer |
|---|---|
| Rooms | One women’s room, one men’s room |
| Guests served | Up to about 150 |
| Box size | 7′ 4″ by 11′ |
| Overall length with the tongue | 17′ |
| Overall width with stairs set | 10′ 7″ |
| Height to the top of the AC | 11′ 4″ |
| Fresh water on board | 105 gallons |
| Waste holding tank | 300 gallons |
| Climate control | 1 unit, AC and heat |
| Power | One 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within 100 feet |

It fits more places than people expect. Plan on a flat spot about 17 feet long and 11 feet wide once the steps are down, with room for our truck to back in. A driveway, a side yard, a parking stall or the gravel edge of a commercial property usually works. A trailer this short often fits through a standard gate where a bigger unit would not, and our drivers level it on site so the doors close true.
Power is easy. One ordinary 20 amp, 120 volt outlet on its own breaker, within 100 feet, runs the lights, the pump and the AC. No outlet nearby? We bring a quiet generator and extra fresh water so the unit can stand on its own for a remote shoot or a dirt lot.
The 105 gallon fresh tank and 300 gallon waste tank carry a one-day party of up to about 150 guests with room to spare. On longer rentals we set a pump-out and refill schedule based on how many people use it each day, so the tanks never run low. Ready to check your site? Jobs a small portable bathroom trailer handles best, and when to size up
The 2-station is the unit we send when a site needs a real bathroom without a big footprint. It shows up across Los Angeles at house parties in the San Fernando Valley, film shoots in Burbank and Hollywood, remodels in Pasadena and Long Beach, and small job sites from Torrance to Ontario. If you are comparing every size first, our luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Los Angeles page lines up the full fleet side by side.

Backyard parties, birthdays and small weddings
Guests stay out of the house. The hall bath stays clean, the carpet stays dry, and the septic system at a hillside home in Topanga or La Cañada Flintridge never has to deal with a crowd it was not designed to handle. For a wedding of up to about 150 guests, the 2-station is often all you need, and it looks right in photos.
Film, TV and photo shoots
Location crews like the small footprint because it parks behind a base camp or down a side street without blocking a shot. Two rooms with lights, heat and AC beat a row of plastic units on a cold night shoot. Nobody walks far.
Home remodels and plumbing repairs
When a kitchen or the only bathroom is torn out, a deluxe trailer in the driveway keeps the family at home for the weeks the work takes. It beats a hotel. Restaurants and offices use it the same way during a pipe repair or a tenant improvement.
Small job sites, plants and ranches
A crew of about 20 workers or fewer gets two clean, heated rooms with running water instead of a plastic box, which keeps people on site and cuts down on the long drives to a gas station restroom that eat into the workday. Vineyards, farms, equestrian ranches and storage yards book it for harvest weeks and long projects.

Store openings, pop-ups and emergencies
A short trailer tucks behind a hedge wall or a row of planters at a storefront event. When a building loses water or a shelter opens after a fire, we can send one fast as a backup set of bathrooms.
Expecting more than 150 people, or a long day with a bar? Step up to the 3-station bathroom trailer for events up to about 225 guests, which adds a second women’s room. For 150 to 450 guests, or a full five-hour wedding, the 5-station portable bathroom in Southern California gives the women’s side three stalls and two sinks. If any guest uses a wheelchair, pair the 2-station with an accessible room or book our ADA plus 2 trailer in Los Angeles County, which carries its own ramp.
- 2-station: up to about 150 guests, or about 20 workers
- 3-station: up to about 225 guests
- 5-station: 150 to 450 guests, 200 to 500 for a five-hour event
Not sure which size fits? Call (818) 593-0069 with your headcount and hours and we will size it on the spot, or request a quote and we will send our pick in writing.
Recent 2-station temporary bathroom rentals around Los Angeles

A student film shoot at Gilman Park in Fullerton
A Dodge College of Film production needed bathrooms for cast and crew at a park location with no building close by. We set trailer #149 on a shaded gravel lot under the trees with a generator for power and a full fresh tank, so the shoot had two working bathrooms from the first setup to wrap.

A long-term job site rental in Lawndale
A contractor building next to homes in Lawndale needed a bathroom that looked tidy from the street and could stay for months. We parked trailer #199 in a striped stall next to the site office container in March 2026, and our service team keeps it pumped, filled and stocked on a set schedule.

A storefront event on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills
For an event on Rodeo Drive, a 2-station trailer slipped into a narrow service spot behind the shops. Tall hedge walls and potted plants screened it from the sidewalk, and guests found two clean, cool rooms just a few steps from the party.
Planning something along these lines? Our wedding and special event trailers across Los Angeles page covers bigger layouts, and the temporary bathroom rentals for remodels and repairs page walks through long rentals. Call (818) 593-0069 to book.
Reviews of our deluxe bathroom trailers from 5-star customers

★★★★★ Google review
What a great convenience it was to not have people in and out of the house during our backyard party! The bathroom was well equipped and decorated, and we loved that there was AC inside. Would highly recommend!

★★★★★ Google review
Not a porta potty but a real restroom. This was a great service to have at our child’s birthday party. We did not have to worry about friends, kids and relatives going through the house. The unit was super clean and I will use them again and again.

★★★★★ Google review
Shout out to this team for delivering to my son’s birthday party. A little over 40 people came, and my biggest worry was a long walk to a restroom. They exceeded my expectations. It looked like a mini luxury restroom you would find in a cute hotel. Excellent service, communication and delivery!

★★★★★ Google review
These luxury restrooms were a lifesaver for us on set. They also gave us warmth and shelter when we had horrible wind. When you are on a set for so many hours, a clean restroom instead of a dirty porta potty means a lot. I hope we see these again on future shoots.

We have used The Lavatory on several occasions at the winery, and every time we got excellent customer service, fair pricing and good availability. The restroom trailers are very nice and very clean. I highly recommend them.

How renting a mobile bathroom trailer works, from first call to pickup
- Call or request a quote. Give us the address, dates, hours and headcount. Call (818) 593-0069 any time, day or night.
- We check the spot. Send a photo of where it will go. We confirm the gate width, the ground, the power and the path for our truck.
- Delivery and setup. Our driver backs it in, levels it, sets the stairs, connects power and checks the water, lights and AC before leaving.
- Service and pickup. One-day rentals are picked up after the event. Longer rentals get pump-outs, refills and restocks on a schedule we set together.

Our own drivers and service techs handle every step, because The Lavatory Los Angeles owns the trailers it rents. No broker sits between your call and the people who show up. That is a big reason Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target have booked our network, along with Caesars Palace and the Golden State Warriors. If a water main breaks or a fire closes a building, our emergency bathroom trailers for Southern California go out with the same 24/7 dispatch.
Toilet rules on job sites and at plants that a 2-station private bathroom helps you meet
On a California construction job, Cal/OSHA Title 8, Section 1526 asks for at least one toilet for every 20 workers of each sex, kept clean, in working order and private. One 2-station trailer gives a small crew a separate women’s room and men’s room with a lock on each door, plus a sink with running water in both. Bigger crews can add a second unit or move up a size.
Plants, warehouses and offices fall under the general industry rule in Section 3364 of Title 8, which also ties the number of toilets to the number of workers. We do not give legal advice, so check with your safety lead, then call us with the count and we will match the trailers to it.
Events that need a room a wheelchair can enter should look at the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. The 2-station has stairs, not a ramp, so we pair it with an accessible unit whenever a guest or worker needs one.
Where we deliver 2-station luxury bathroom trailer rentals

That covers Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Long Beach, Torrance, Anaheim, Irvine, Thousand Oaks, Riverside, Ontario, Lancaster, Palmdale and Valencia, plus the canyon roads in between. Because the 2-station tows behind a pickup, it reaches hillside lots and narrow streets that stop a big rig. Questions about the 2-station mobile bathroom trailer
How many people can one 2-station bathroom trailer serve?
Plan on up to about 150 guests at a party or wedding, or about 20 workers a day on a job site. Long events with a full bar use the rooms faster, so we may suggest the 3-station for those.
Does the 2-station need a water hookup?
No. It carries 105 gallons of fresh water and a 300 gallon waste tank, so it operates without a garden hose, and on longer rentals our service technicians refill and pump it on a regular schedule.
Can it go in a backyard or behind a gate?
Often, yes. It needs a level spot about 17 by 11 feet with the steps down and a path wide enough for the trailer. Send us a photo of the gate and the spot and we will tell you before you book.
What if there is no outlet nearby?
We bring a quiet generator. When an outlet is available, the unit needs one dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuit on its own breaker within 100 feet of the trailer.
How fast can you deliver in Los Angeles?
Same-day delivery is common, and our 24/7 dispatch can often have a unit on site within 1 to 2 hours. Call (818) 593-0069 and we will give you a time.
Can I rent it for a few weeks or months?
Yes. Remodels, job sites and repairs often keep a 2-station for weeks or months, with service visits included in the plan we build with you.
