Showers, toilets and laundry in one delivery: that is the 4-station combo from The Lavatory Los Angeles, rated #1 for private shower trailer rentals across LA, and it is the most complete unit in our fleet. Four private rooms each hold a toilet, a sink, a hot-water shower and an outlet, and a fifth door opens to a laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer. One trailer covers up to 30 people living on site or up to 200 guests at camps, job sites, film sets, emergencies and more. Phone us any hour for rapid same-day deployment, or ask for a free quote. Dispatch never closes, and a truck can often reach you within 1 to 2 hours of the call.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Lavatory Los Angeles, and their whole team is outstanding. The office answers fast and is easy to work with, and dispatch shows up on delivery day exactly as promised. The shower and laundry trailer they set up for us was top tier, and the service was dependable from start to finish. I recommend them for any trailer rental.

The ordering process was simple and every question got a straight answer. The combo trailer arrived on time, clean and well maintained. What impressed me most was how much the team cared that we were happy with it.
Four private bathrooms with hot showers, plus a laundry room
Most shower trailers give you showers and nothing else, so people still walk to a separate bathroom trailer and back. In this unit, each room is a full private bathroom behind a locking door. You get a white china toilet and a stainless steel sink. The metered shower has hot and cold controls, and a GFCI outlet takes a hair dryer or a razor. One person uses one room from start to finish, which is why the line moves so fast in the morning.
The fifth door is the laundry room. It sits apart from the bathrooms and holds a stacked Samsung washer and dryer, so clothes, towels and uniforms get washed on site instead of hauled across town. Every room shares the same finish: one-piece gel-coated fiberglass walls, ceiling and sub-floor, oversized framed mirrors, LED lights inside and out, and a smart touch digital thermostat on the AC unit, which also heats.
That layout is why people call it a portable shower trailer and a bathroom trailer in one. A family whose only bathroom is torn out for a remodel gets the same private rooms as a film unit on a ranch or a youth camp in the mountains.
Specs and floor plan for the 4-station shower, bathroom and laundry trailer
| Private rooms | 4, each with a toilet, sink, shower and power outlet |
| Laundry | 1 Samsung washer and dryer stack in a separate room |
| Capacity | Up to 30 people living on site, or up to 200 guests |
| Length with tongue | 26′ 4″ |
| Width with stairs | 12′ 4″ |
| Height with AC | 11′ 4″ |
| Fresh water tank | 105 gallons |
| Waste tank | 750 gallons |
| Shower heads | 1.5 GPM metered, hot and cold |
| Climate | 1 AC unit with heat, smart touch digital thermostat |
| Power | One 220 volt, 50 amp circuit, or two 110 volt, 20 amp circuits, within 100 feet |
The floor plan shows four rooms in a row along one side of the box, each with its own door and set of stairs, and the laundry room at the hitch end. Handrails run up every stairway, and the steps fold up for travel.
At just over 26 feet from hitch to bumper and a bit over 11 feet tall, it needs more room than our smaller units. Snap a picture of the parking spot and any low branches or wires, text it over, and our dispatcher will tell you if it fits. Worried about a narrow gate or a rough road? Ring (818) 593-0069.
How many people one mobile combo trailer can serve
Our planning number is up to 30 people living on site, showering every day, or up to 200 guests at a one-day event where most people only need the toilets and sinks. Four private rooms can run at the same time, and with metered 1.5 gallon per minute shower heads, a group of 30 can usually get through the morning rush in about an hour.
Water is the number to plan around. The fresh tank holds 105 gallons, which is about 70 minutes of total shower time at full flow, so for daily showers we connect the trailer to a garden hose spigot when there is one, or plan water refills with you when there is not. The 750 gallon waste tank is more than twice the size of the one on our 2-station combo, which means fewer pump-outs on a long stay. We set the pumping and restocking schedule with you on day one and adjust it if your headcount changes.
Not sure one trailer is enough? Tell us your headcount and dates at (818) 593-0069, or use the online form. Quotes usually come back within hours, and the phones are staffed around the clock.
Choosing between the 2-station combo, 4-station combo and laundry trailer
Some jobs need less, and some need more. For a couple of people or a small home project, our 2-station combo trailer for LA homes and small sites gives you two private rooms with a toilet, sink and shower in a lighter unit that fits most driveways. When the group grows past 30 or the dirty laundry piles up faster than one machine can handle, add the 8-station laundry trailer we deliver across Southern California, which carries several washer and dryer stacks and a folding area. If you want to compare every unit we rent in one place, start with our full lineup of private shower trailer rentals in Los Angeles County.
- 1 to 8 people: the 2-station combo usually covers it.
- Up to 30 people on site: one 4-station combo, with toilets, showers and laundry in a single delivery.
- 30 to 60 people: two 4-station combos, or one combo plus an 8-station shower trailer.
- Big camps with heavy laundry: add a laundry trailer, and a bunkhouse if people need beds.
Need beds as well as showers? Our bunkhouse sleeper trailer rentals in Southern California pairs well with the combo on remote jobs, and you can read more about washer and dryer options on our mobile laundry trailer rentals for Los Angeles and the Inland Empire page.

Camps, job sites, film sets and more for our deluxe combo trailer
We send this unit wherever people need to stay clean for days or weeks at a time, and there is no building with showers nearby. Jobs it goes to across Southern California and beyond:
- Youth camps and retreats in the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains, where cabins have beds but no showers.
- Construction projects, plant shutdowns and remote work camps where the day ends dusty and the hotel is an hour away.
- Film and TV base camps on ranches in the Santa Clarita Valley and in the Mojave, with the laundry room handling towels and wardrobe.
- Wildfire base camps and disaster relief where firefighters, utility workers and families need hot showers fast.
- Pro and college sports teams during facility remodels or preseason camps.
- Home remodels and water outages when the only bathroom in the house is torn out for weeks.
- Outreach programs and shelters that offer hygiene days with showers and clean clothes.
After a fire, a flood or a long power outage, call our emergency and disaster relief trailer delivery in Southern California desk. Trucks roll the moment you hang up and often arrive inside two hours. For a group that only needs showers, the Los Angeles 8-station shower trailer puts eight hot-water stalls in one long unit.
What renters say about our private shower and laundry trailers
Camp directors, project managers, production coordinators and homeowners tend to mention the same things: the rooms are spotless, the trailer shows up on time, and somebody answers the phone.

We had a wonderful experience with The Lavatory Los Angeles! They told us exactly when they would drop off the trailer and when they would pick it up. It arrived clean, and everyone on site loved having AC and hot showers in this hot weather. 10/10, would recommend!

I love this company for its customer service, its clean trailers and how flexible they are when our dates move around. Highly recommend them! The whole office is wonderful to work with.

The cleanliness stood out as soon as I walked in. The surfaces were spotless, the fixtures were shining and every room was stocked with what we needed. You can tell the service team takes pride in keeping the trailer clean, and it made our stay feel comfortable.

Clean, well taken care of and on time with delivery. Great customer service that answered all my questions, and very professional. We will use them again.
Our client list runs from Google, Tesla, eBay, Mercedes-Benz and Target to Caesars Palace, and from the Atlanta Dream to the Las Vegas Raiders and the Golden State Warriors. A family in Pasadena with a gutted bathroom gets the same clean trailer and the same 120-point inspection as a pro team.
Recent 4-station combo jobs from our fleet
A summer youth camp on a mountain ranch
A ranch that hosts a summer camp for city kids set up rows of canvas tents on its meadow, with no showers anywhere near them. We placed one 4-station combo on the gravel lot beside the tents, with propane on board for hot water. Campers got private rooms with a toilet and shower, and the staff kept towels and camp clothes moving through the laundry room all week.
A long-term setup for a WNBA team
The Atlanta Dream needed showers and restrooms at their training complex for a long stretch, not a weekend. We parked a 4-station combo trailer along the building with a stairway at every door, and it stayed on site as a long-term rental, with pumping and restocking on a set schedule. Players and staff had private rooms with a shower, and the laundry room took care of towels.
Two combo trailers at a mountain forest camp
A group camping in the pines needed showers for more people than one trailer could handle, and the site had no power at all. We delivered a 4-station combo and a 2-station combo, set them side by side on a level dirt pad, and ran both on two generators. The water heaters had hot water ready that first evening, and our service truck came back on schedule to empty the tanks.
How renting a portable shower and laundry combo works
- Share the basics. Phone (818) 593-0069 or fill out the quote form with your start date, end date, address and headcount.
- Get a site check. A few phone pictures let us look at access, overhead clearance, slope, power and water before we confirm your price.
- Delivery and hookup. The driver levels the unit, drops stairs and handrails at all five doors, connects power and water, then runs every shower, light, the AC and the washer once.
- Upkeep and pickup. On long rentals a service tech pumps, cleans and restocks on a set day, and the trailer leaves when your job wraps up.
Holding a date takes one phone call to (818) 593-0069, at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m., or a minute on the quote form.
Power, water and site setup for a temporary combo trailer
The trailer runs on one dedicated 220 volt, 50 amp circuit, or on two 110 volt, 20 amp circuits for basic functions, within 100 feet of where it parks. An RV-style 50 amp outlet works best. No outlet nearby? A matched generator comes with the trailer, and we keep it fueled for multi-week stays.
Plan on a fairly flat patch roughly 28 by 14 feet, open overhead, where a pickup can back the trailer straight in. Asphalt, gravel, hard dirt and lawn are all fine. Parking on a public street or city lot normally calls for a short-term permit from the city, and our office knows the usual steps for most towns in the region.
Employers have their own washing rules. In California, Cal/OSHA Title 8, Section 3366 covers when an employer must provide showers and what they need, and the trailer is an easy way to meet it on a remote job. The metered shower heads use 1.5 gallons per minute, below the 2.0 gallon limit in the EPA WaterSense showerhead standard, which helps when water is trucked in. If anyone on your site uses a wheelchair, our ADA combo trailer for Los Angeles job sites and camps adds a roll-in shower and a ramp.

Questions about the 4-station shower, bathroom and laundry combo
Does every room have its own toilet and shower?
Yes. All four rooms have a toilet, a sink, a shower and a power outlet behind one locking door. The laundry room is separate and has its own door.
How long does the onboard water last?
The 105 gallon fresh tank gives about 70 minutes of total shower time at full flow. For daily use we connect to a hose spigot on site or plan refills with you.
Can the trailer stay for a whole season?
Yes. Daily, weekly and monthly terms are all available. A summer-long rental gets regular pumping and fresh supplies, and if your group grows mid-season we add service days.
Will it fit down a dirt road or through a camp gate?
Usually. It is about 26 feet long, 12 feet wide with the stairs out and 11 feet tall. Send photos of the road, the gate and the spot, and we will confirm before we book the truck.
What if the site has no power?
A generator matched to the unit comes along, and on longer stays our service tech tops off the fuel.
How fast can you deliver in Los Angeles?
Same day in most cases, and inside one to two hours for many urgent calls in LA County. Summer camp season fills up early, so book June through August well ahead.
