★★★★★ Google review · Week-long open house
“We used six trailers from The Lavatory Los Angeles for a week-long open house on our church campus. The trailers were very clean, modern and accessible. Their daily service was exceptional, and the team was friendly and willing to come at any hour, day or night, to fix any issue. I can’t say enough good about this company.”
★★★★★ Google review · Wedding
“We rented a luxury bathroom trailer for a wedding, and it really made a difference. Everything was clean, well lit and felt like a proper bathroom instead of a temporary setup. Delivery arrived on time and pickup went smoothly. Excellent service from start to finish.”
Comparing units? This 7-station trailer is one of four accessible units we rent, and you can see all of them side by side on our page for ADA trailer rentals in Southern California. For the full lineup of sizes, from two stations up to nine, start with our luxury bathroom trailer rentals across Los Angeles.
Seven Stations and a Ramp in One Luxury Bathroom Trailer
Picture a 25 foot deluxe trailer split into three rooms. The men’s room holds four stations, including urinals with privacy partitions. The women’s room holds two private stalls. At the far end, the unisex accessible room sits level with the ramp landing, so a guest in a wheelchair rolls straight from the ramp through the door without a step. Separate doors keep the lines apart. A guest waiting for the accessible room never stands in the women’s line, and the men’s side keeps moving on its own.
Inside, the finish is what you would expect in a nice restaurant. White china toilets flush with a foot pedal. Stainless steel sinks pour hot and cold water under oversized framed mirrors. The walls, ceiling and floor are smooth gel-coated fiberglass, which our attendants can wipe down in minutes. Two AC units and a smart touch digital thermostat hold the temperature steady, and LED lights brighten the rooms inside and the steps outside after dark.
The accessible room is the reason most people book this trailer. It has grab bars beside and behind the toilet, an open sink with knee space underneath, and enough floor to turn a wheelchair in a full circle. Guests who use a walker or a cane use it too, since it is open to everyone.
Specs for the 7-Station Deluxe Bathroom Trailer
- Stations: 7 total, with 4 men’s, 2 women’s and 1 unisex accessible room
- Guest capacity: events and job sites up to 300 guests
- Accessible entry: self-contained ramp built to the federal and California standards
- Box size: 25′ x 8′ 4″
- Length with the ramp in use: 31′
- Width with the ramp in use: 13′ 6″
- Height with AC: 12′ 6″

- Waste tank: 475 gallons

Those numbers matter on tight sites. Measure twice. The 31 foot length includes the ramp, so check the full run from hitch to ramp foot before you pick a spot. The 12 foot 6 inch height clears most trees, but low branches and overhead wires near a curb lane are worth a quick photo. Send one to (818) 593-0069 and we will check it for you.

How Many Guests One Private Bathroom Trailer Covers at Peak Hour
The rating says up to 300 guests, and that holds for a typical four to six hour event. Peak hour is the real test. At a wedding, most guests head for the bathrooms right after dinner. A graduation lets out all at once. A street fair with beer gardens stays busy all afternoon. Seven stations spread that rush across three doors. Lines stay short.
- Up to about 200 guests with one accessible room needed: a smaller unit with three rooms is usually enough.
- 200 to 300 guests, a long day, or an open bar: the 7-station unit on this page.
- 300 to 600 guests: pair this trailer with a 5-station or 9-station unit on the same delivery.
- Stadium lots, festivals and multi-day crowds: several units spaced around the grounds, with one accessible room per bathroom cluster.
Smaller guest list? The Los Angeles ADA plus 2 bathroom trailer gives you one women’s room, one men’s room and the same style of accessible room on a shorter trailer. For a crowd that is mostly standing, eating and drinking for hours, we often pair this unit with a 9-station portable bathroom trailer for LA County crowds, which keeps the busiest lines short while the accessible room stays open.
Where Our Accessible Mobile Bathroom Trailer Works Best in Los Angeles
This unit goes wherever a crowd gathers and someone needs an accessible room, which in Southern California means almost everywhere. A few of the jobs it covers:
- Street fairs, parades and city events along Ventura Boulevard, in Old Town Pasadena, on Long Beach waterfront lots and in neighborhood parks across the Valley.
- Weddings, quinceañeras and galas at estates in Malibu, Bel Air and Rancho Palos Verdes, at vineyards in Temecula and at ranches in the Santa Clarita Valley.
- Graduations, carnivals and sports events on school and university campuses from Northridge to Irvine.
- Film, TV and commercial base camps in Hollywood, Burbank, Culver City and on stage lots, where cast and crew share one large unit.
- Construction sites and plant shutdowns with up to 300 workers, plus warehouse and distribution center jobs in the Inland Empire.
- Emergencies and disaster relief: burst pipes, water main breaks, wildfire evacuation centers and shelters that need accessible bathrooms fast.
- Car shows, expos and conventions in parking lots, fairgrounds and outdoor convention space.

Three Recent 7-Station Bathroom Trailer Rentals Around Southern California
A street festival in North Hollywood
The organizer’s special event permit called for accessible bathrooms, and the plan already had two standard trailers. Swapping one of them for the ADA plus 6 met the requirement and added stations in the same footprint. We set the ramp on a closed curb lane with cones around the landing, and the inspector signed off on the first walk-through.
A graduation weekend on a San Gabriel Valley campus
About 280 families came to each of three ceremonies on a football field. The school had one accessible bathroom near the gym, a long walk from the stands. We placed the trailer beside the bleachers on Friday, serviced it between ceremonies on Saturday morning and picked it up Sunday night.
A six-week film base camp in Santa Clarita
A production with roughly 120 cast and crew needed one bathroom setup for the whole base camp, plus an accessible room for background actors. One 7-station unit covered it, with pumping and restocking three times a week. The 475 gallon waste tank kept service visits short and out of the way of shooting.
Booking a Temporary Bathroom Trailer With a Ramp, Step by Step
- Call or request a quote. Share the address, dates, headcount and whether power is close by. Our phones are open 24/7 at (818) 593-0069.
- Send us two or three photos of the spot. We check the truck path, the slope and where the ramp will land.
- Delivery and setup. Our driver levels and lowers the trailer so the ramp stays short, locks in the rails, connects power and tests every room.
- Service while it is on site. Events can add an attendant. Multi-day rentals get pumping, cleaning and restocking on a set schedule.
- Pickup. We fold the ramp, drain the tanks and leave the ground clean.
Every trailer gets a 120-point inspection before it leaves our yard, and our fleet is kept three years old or newer. Ready to lock in a date? Call (818) 593-0069 now or use the quote button below.
Ramp Landing, Power and Placement for a Portable Bathroom Trailer
Plan for a level area about 31 feet long and 14 feet wide, plus room for the truck to back in. The foot of the ramp needs a firm, flat landing and a clear path to it, so put the accessible approach on pavement, packed gravel or a mat, not soft grass or a slope. Our ramps follow the slope, landing and handrail rules in the U.S. Access Board guide to ramps, and the accessible room is laid out to the clear floor space and grab bar rules in its guide to accessible toilet rooms. Public events in the county also answer to the health department, and the LA County Public Health special events page explains what organizers file before the gates open. We can send our spec sheet and floor plan for that file.
Power is simple. You need two dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet. If the closest outlets share a breaker with a kitchen or a sound system, or there is no outlet at all, we bring a quiet generator. Fresh water rides on board in a 200 gallon tank, and the 475 gallon waste tank holds everything until we pump it, so no hookups are needed. For rentals that run a month or longer, see our long-term temporary restroom solutions in Los Angeles.

Questions About the 7-Station Accessible Bathroom Trailer
Is the ramp part of the rental?
Yes. The ramp, the handrails and the landing travel with the trailer and are set up by our driver. There is nothing extra to rent or assemble.
Who can use the accessible room?
Anyone. It is a unisex room open to every guest. Wheelchair users get the turning space they need, and a caregiver can step in to help.
How long can the trailer go between service visits?
A one-day event with up to 300 guests needs no service during the day. For multi-day rentals we set a pumping and restocking schedule based on daily use, and the 475 gallon waste tank keeps visits far apart.
Can you send paperwork for a permit or an inspector?
Yes. We can send the spec sheet and the floor plan, which show the station count, the ramp and the accessible room. Most event organizers attach them to their permit file.
What if the site has no power?
We bring a generator sized for both circuits and set it where the noise will not bother your guests.
Can we add an attendant for the event?
Yes. For galas, weddings, festivals and corporate events we can add a uniformed attendant who cleans and restocks every room through the whole event.
