Luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Long Beach, from 2 stations to 9

Our Long Beach rotation covers seven sizes. Most local jobs land on one of the three below, and each one links to its own page with floor plans, interior photos and the full spec list. Every unit shows up cleaned, stocked with paper, soap and towels, and tested before it leaves the yard.

9-station bathroom trailer with steps at each door set on a brick plaza outside an office building, The Lavatory Los Angeles

The 9-Station: big crowds

Five women’s stalls, two men’s stalls, two urinals and three sinks cover 400 to 900 guests over a five-hour event. Two AC units keep it cool, and it needs two 20 amp circuits within 100 feet.

The 5-Station: our most booked

Three stalls and two sinks on the women’s side, plus a stall, a urinal and a sink for men. It handles 150 to 450 guests and runs off one 20 amp circuit.

The ADA Plus 2: access built in

A unisex accessible room with its own self-contained ramp sits beside a women’s room and a men’s room. Plan on events up to 200 guests or a job site of up to 30 workers.

What comes inside every deluxe bathroom trailer we rent

Strictly luxury, never plastic. Every unit in our Long Beach rotation is a commercial-grade bathroom trailer built to last, and the inside looks more like a hotel restroom than a job site box. Here is what you get on every rental, from the smallest 2-station to the 9-station.

  • White china toilets with a foot flush, so nobody has to touch a handle
  • Stainless steel sinks with running water, soap and paper towels
  • Large framed mirrors, bright LED lights and wood-look floors
  • Its own AC and heat, set to a comfortable temperature before guests arrive
  • Onboard fresh water and waste tanks, so a water hookup is nice to have but not required
  • Fully stocked with premium paper, soap, towels and a fresh scent

Because the fresh water and waste tanks travel with the trailer, it can go almost anywhere a truck can reach. No power on site? We bring a generator and handle the fuel. When it does have power, one or two standard 20 amp circuits run the whole unit.

Where we deliver portable bathroom trailers across Long Beach

Long Beach covers about 50 square miles, and every part of it asks for something a little different. A beach lot in Belmont Shore is nothing like a fenced yard on the Westside, and a backyard in Bixby Knolls has its own set of tight gates and old trees. Our drivers have worked all of it. The setup plan starts with the street, not a template.

People walking the sand at Alamitos Beach with the Downtown Long Beach skyline behind them, The Lavatory Los Angeles

Downtown, the East Village and Alamitos Beach

Office towers, convention load-in docks and the lots around Rainbow Harbor are where we see the most short notice calls. Downtown jobs often mean a tight window between street closures, so we confirm the drop point, the curb space and the power source before the truck leaves. Along Ocean Boulevard and the Alamitos Beach bluff, a portable bathroom trailer can sit in a parking lot or on a level pad close to the sand path, which keeps it handy without blocking the view.

Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights and Naples

Second Street is packed with shops and tight parking, so most of our work here is private parties, block events and homes on the canals. Naples sits on three islands in Alamitos Bay, and the narrow streets mean we often send a 2-station or 3-station unit that turns easily and fits a driveway. For bigger gatherings near the water, we stage a larger trailer on a nearby lot and walk the guests a short distance.

East Long Beach: Los Altos, El Dorado Park and the CSULB area

This side of town has wide streets, big yards and some of the city’s largest parks. Graduation parties, church events and team tournaments at El Dorado Regional Park are common jobs, and so are long stretches of campus work near Cal State Long Beach. Projects along Studebaker Road and around Douglas Park also pull from the east side, so we have units working in this corner of the city most weeks.

Bixby Knolls, California Heights and Wrigley

Older homes, mature trees and lovely gardens make these neighborhoods favorites for backyard weddings and remodel projects. Rancho Los Cerritos sits right in Bixby Knolls, and its lawns host weddings and garden events. Remodels are the other big job here. A private 2-station unit on the driveway can stay for weeks while the kitchen or bathroom is torn out.

North Long Beach, the Westside and the port

In North Long Beach and on the Westside, the work turns toward warehouses, utilities and logistics yards. The Westside borders the Port of Long Beach, where truck traffic, gate badging and site safety rules shape every delivery. We plan those drops early in the morning, check in at the gate and level the trailer away from forklift lanes so it stays out of the way.

Long Beach venues and project types we set up for

Our deluxe bathroom trailers work at public venues, private estates and active job sites. Here is a look at the places and projects that call us most often, and what usually goes there.

Waterfront parks and event lawns

Rainbow Lagoon, Marina Green, Shoreline Aquatic Park and the lawn around Lions Lighthouse host concerts, runs, food festivals and company picnics most of the year. These sites have grass, sand and paved paths mixed together, so we place each unit on a firm, level spot close to power, then set steps and handrails where the foot traffic flows. For crowds of several thousand we pair 9-station trailers with an ADA plus 6 so the accessible count stays where the city wants it.

Lions Lighthouse lawn and Rainbow Harbor with the Long Beach Convention Center behind, The Lavatory Los Angeles

Historic ranchos, gardens and private estates

Rancho Los Alamitos has an 1800s ranch house, a historic barn and gardens on about 7.5 acres, and Rancho Los Cerritos covers about 4.7 acres of lawn and trees. Both host weddings where a real building’s bathrooms are not close to the reception. A private 8-station stall trailer or a 5-station unit tucked behind a hedge gives guests a clean, quiet room without a long walk. The El Dorado Park golf course also hosts weddings of up to 300 guests, and the same plan works there.

Port, logistics and industrial sites

The Pier B on-dock rail project at the Port of Long Beach is one of the biggest builds in the region, running from 2024 into 2032 and more than doubling the rail yard from 82 to 171 acres. Jobs like that need bathrooms that hold up to long shifts, so we send units with large waste tanks and set a pumping schedule that matches the crew size. Warehouses along the 710 and the yards near Terminal Island get the same treatment, with gate check-ins and early drops built into the plan.

Aerospace, campuses and city projects

Douglas Park, the 200-acre business park beside Long Beach Airport, is home to space companies such as Rocket Lab and Relativity Space, and plant shutdowns and expansions there often need extra bathrooms fast. School bond projects across the Long Beach Unified School District, the new Belmont Beach and Aquatics Center planned before the 2028 Games, and street work on Long Beach Boulevard and Studebaker Road all bring crews who need a clean place to wash up. For long jobs we schedule service visits so the trailer is pumped, cleaned and restocked without anyone on site having to call.

Churches, schools and community centers

Long Beach has hundreds of churches, schools and nonprofit halls, and many of them host events that outgrow their own restrooms. Carnivals, back-to-school nights, holiday markets and graduation ceremonies bring more guests than a building was designed for. A 5-station or a 9-station parked near the main doors takes the pressure off. Add an ADA plus 2, and everyone has a room that fits.

Film shoots, festivals and private parties

Long Beach doubles for a lot of other cities on screen, and production days bring early calls and tight base camps. Festivals bring vendor rows and crowds that move all day, while house parties bring narrow side yards. Whatever the job, we match the station count to the crowd and place the unit where people can find it without a sign.

Planning a waterfront event, a remodel or a job at the port? Call (818) 593-0069 and we will match the right luxury bathroom trailer to the site, or request your free quote online.

Long-term portable bathroom trailer rentals for job sites and offices

Not every Long Beach rental is a one-day party. Some stay for a year. Port contractors, school districts, aerospace plants and office buildings under renovation often keep a trailer on site for months. For those jobs we quote a weekly or monthly rate, set a service day, and send a team to pump the waste tank, refill the fresh water, clean every surface and restock supplies.

Sizing a job site is different from sizing a party. California’s construction sanitation rule, in Title 8, section 1526, calls for at least one toilet for every 20 workers, and most crews take breaks at the same time. An ADA plus 2 covers up to about 30 workers with an accessible room built in, a 5-station suits a bigger crew, and two or more units can be spread across a large site so nobody walks far. Hard hat hooks, wide doors and non-slip steps are standard, and our units sit level on gravel, dirt or asphalt.

Emergency bathroom trailers when the plumbing fails

If a water main breaks, a school or apartment building can lose every bathroom in minutes. A sewer backup or a long power outage does the same thing. Our dispatch team answers 24/7, and emergency delivery is often possible within 1 to 2 hours across Long Beach. We bring the trailer, a generator if the building has no power, and enough water to get through the repair. Facility managers often keep our number saved for exactly that kind of day.

Big dates on the Long Beach event calendar

A few weekends a year, demand for luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Long Beach jumps fast. Book early. The best sizes and delivery times go first, and the biggest weekends fill up weeks ahead of time across Long Beach, Lakewood and Carson.

  • Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April): about 190,000 fans over three days on the downtown street circuit, with hospitality suites and private parties all around the course
  • Long Beach Pride (May): the parade and festival draw about 80,000 people, one of the largest Pride events in the country
  • Long Beach Jazz Festival (August): concerts and a marketplace at Rainbow Lagoon Park
  • Pan American Fiesta in Lakewood (May): a full day of rides, food and music at Mayfair Park
  • LA Galaxy home games in Carson: tailgates and watch parties around Dignity Health Sports Park
  • Graduation season (May and June): school events and backyard parties across the city
  • Holiday parties and year-end company events (November and December)

The 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games

Long Beach is one of the busiest venue cities for the 2028 Games, with eleven Olympic sports planned here. Beach volleyball goes to Alamitos Beach, rowing and sprint paddle go to Marine Stadium, sailing runs off Belmont Shore, and the Long Beach Arena hosts handball. The Olympics run July 14 to 30, 2028, and the Paralympics follow from August 15 to 27, according to the City of Long Beach 2028 Games page. Watch parties, sponsor tents, staging yards and the build-out before the Games will all need bathrooms, and we are already helping customers plan for them.

Matching station count to your guest count

The quickest way to size an order is to start with peak head count, the number of hours and whether food and drinks are served. Alcohol and long events push the count up. Short ceremonies and job sites with set break times push it down. When in doubt, size up. Here is how each of our seven sizes fits a Long Beach job.

2-station and 3-station bathroom trailers

The 2-station portable bathroom trailer for Long Beach homes gives you one women’s room and one men’s room for about 150 guests, with 105 gallons of fresh water and one 20 amp circuit. The 3-station adds a second women’s room and serves about 225 guests. Both fit driveways in Naples, Belmont Heights and the Wrigley area, and both make great long-term units for remodels.

5-station and 9-station bathroom trailers

The 5-station is our most booked size for weddings and company events, covering 150 to 450 guests, or 200 to 500 for a five-hour party. For bigger crowds the 9-station handles 400 to 900 guests with a 750 gallon waste tank and two AC units. Festival planners on the waterfront often book two or three 9-station units side by side.

The 8-station private bathroom (Private Stall Deluxe)

Eight unisex stalls each have their own outside door with a toilet, a urinal and a sink inside, so nobody shares a room. It serves 400 to 600 guests, carries 400 gallons of fresh water and a 1,000 gallon waste tank, and runs two AC units on smart touch digital thermostats. Galas, film sets and corporate events in Long Beach pick it when privacy matters most, and you can see the floor plan on the 8-station private bathroom trailer for Long Beach galas.

ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6 bathroom trailers

The ADA plus 2 pairs one unisex accessible room with a women’s room and a men’s room, and its self-contained ramp meets the California standard. The ADA plus 6 has seven rooms in one unit, four men’s, two women’s and one unisex accessible room, with a ramp built to both the federal and California standards. Both make it easy to meet the city’s rule that one in ten event restrooms be accessible.

A simple rule of thumb

  • Under 150 guests: one 2-station
  • 150 to 225 guests: one 3-station
  • 225 to 450 guests: one 5-station
  • 400 to 600 guests with privacy in mind: one 8-station private bathroom
  • 400 to 900 guests: one 9-station
  • Any public event: add an ADA plus 2 or ADA plus 6 so one in ten restrooms is accessible

Permits, placement and city rules for temporary bathrooms in Long Beach

Most private parties on private land do not need a city permit for a bathroom trailer. Public events do. Here is what we see customers deal with most in Long Beach, so you can plan the paperwork before you book.

Special event permits

The city’s Special Events and Filming office, on Airport Plaza Drive near Long Beach Airport, handles organized events of 75 or more people on public space, a waterway or the public right of way. Applications need to be in at least 60 days before the event and no more than a year ahead, per the Long Beach special events permit page. Film shoots go through the same office.

How many restrooms the city asks for

The city’s special events checklist calls for one toilet for every 250 people at peak attendance, with one of every ten restrooms accessible, and it asks for restrooms to be cleaned and sanitized every day. Food booths add their own rule: one toilet and hand-wash station for every 15 food workers within 200 feet of the booths. You can read the full list in the city special events guidelines checklist. Our trailers count toward those totals and come with sinks and running water built in, so you do not need separate hand-wash stations next to them.

Beaches, harbors and Marine Stadium

The waterfront has its own permit desks. Shoreline Park, Rainbow Lagoon, Marina Green and the lighthouse area go through Special Events and Filming, while Marine Stadium, Mother’s Beach and Colorado Lagoon are booked through the city’s facility reservations team. Any waterfront event over 200 people goes to Special Events first, as the Marine Bureau permits page explains.

Placement tips we use on every Long Beach job

  • A level, firm surface: asphalt, concrete, packed gravel or plywood over grass; we avoid soft sand for anything bigger than a 3-station
  • Power within 100 feet: one 20 amp, 120 volt circuit for the smaller units and two for the 9-station, the 8-station and the ADA units, or we bring a generator
  • Clear truck access: our units run about 12 to 35 feet long with the tongue, plus room to back in
  • Space for steps and ramps: plan about 11 to 14 feet of width once steps or a ramp are down
  • Distance from food: keep bathrooms close to the crowd but downwind of serving lines

Coastal weather: marine layer, summer heat and Santa Ana winds

Long Beach has some of the mildest weather in Southern California, but it still shapes how we set up. Summer highs usually sit in the 70s, with nights in the low 60s, and the city gets about 12 inches of rain a year, mostly in winter. May and June bring the marine layer, the gray mornings locals call June Gloom, which can keep grass damp until midday. Rain is rare in summer.

Every one of our mobile bathroom trailers has its own AC and heat, so a foggy morning ceremony and a hot afternoon reception feel the same inside. From October through early spring, dry Santa Ana winds can push temperatures up and gusts across open lots. On those days we chock the wheels, lower the stabilizer jacks and make sure steps and handrails are locked down. In the rainy months we stage units on pavement or plywood when we can, so heavy trucks never sink into soft lawns.

Clients, past jobs and customer stories

Our fleet has served Google, Tesla, Caesars Palace, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target, along with the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A’s and the Las Vegas Raiders. In Long Beach the same trailers go to school districts, port contractors, aerospace plants, churches and families planning one big day. A few recent stories show how that works on the ground.

Story 1: an industrial job site on the Long Beach waterfront

A large industrial project in Long Beach needed a full hygiene setup for workers on long shifts. We staged three 8-station shower trailers beside the work tent, added extra propane tanks for hot water, and set a service schedule so nobody had to think about it again. When a job needs showers and bathrooms at the same time, one company and one phone number handle both.

Story 2: a stadium lot on game day

For a stadium parking lot event, we set an ADA plus 2 with its railed ramp next to a 9-station unit. The accessible room sat at the end closest to the gate. The 9-station took the rush at halftime, and both units ran on their own power from the first car in the lot to the last one out at night. Long Beach tailgates, Grand Prix hospitality lots and Galaxy game parties in Carson use the same layout.

Two 9-station bathroom trailers with fold-down steps parked inside a covered loading bay, The Lavatory Los Angeles

Story 3: a remodel that took longer than planned

A family on a sloped street had their only bathroom torn out for a remodel. We parked a 2-station unit on the street beside the garden, connected it to the house power, and kept it serviced through every delay. When the new bathroom was done, we picked it up within a day of the call.

Long Beach questions about temporary bathroom trailer rentals

Can you deliver a bathroom trailer to the beach in Long Beach?

Yes, as long as there is a paved lot or a firm, level pad nearby. We avoid placing larger trailers on soft sand, so for beach events we set the unit at the edge of a lot or path and keep it a short walk from the crowd.

Do I need a city permit for a bathroom trailer at my house?

A trailer on your own driveway or yard usually does not need a city permit. If it has to sit on the street or the event spills into the public right of way, check with the city first and we will help you plan the spot.

How many restrooms does Long Beach require for a public event?

The city checklist asks for one toilet per 250 people at peak, one accessible restroom in every ten, and daily cleaning. Food booths add one toilet and hand-wash station per 15 food workers within 200 feet.

How fast can you get a trailer to Long Beach?

Our dispatch team runs 24/7, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours for emergencies. For planned events, a few days of notice gives you the widest pick of sizes.

Do you serve the port and Terminal Island?

Yes. We work at port terminals, rail projects and logistics yards and are used to gate check-ins, safety rules and early morning drops.

What if there is no power where the trailer goes?

We bring a quiet generator and fuel it for the length of your event, so the lights, pumps and AC keep running.

Can you place a trailer in Naples or Belmont Shore where streets are narrow?

Usually, yes. The 2-station and 3-station units are short enough for most driveways, and our drivers scout tight streets before they arrive.

Can you supply bathroom trailers for Grand Prix or Pride weekend?

Yes, and those weekends book up early. Hospitality suites, private parties near the course and businesses along the parade route all rent from us, so call as soon as you have a date.

What size works for a wedding at one of the historic ranchos?

Most rancho and garden weddings of 150 to 300 guests use a 5-station or the 8-station private bathroom. We place it out of sight but close to the reception, on a firm, level spot.

Do you handle long-term rentals for remodels and job sites?

Yes. We rent by the day, the week or the month, with scheduled pumping, cleaning and restocking included in the plan we quote.

Service area around Long Beach and the South Bay

From our Southern California yards we cover all of Long Beach and the cities around it, including Lakewood, Signal Hill, Carson, Bellflower, Paramount, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. We also deliver anywhere in the country for big or long-term jobs, so there is no address too far to ask about. Across the county line, our team also serves Huntington Beach portable bathroom trailer rentals, and inland it serves luxury bathroom trailers for rent in Garden Grove. Heading west to the South Bay, see our deluxe bathroom trailer rentals in Torrance, and for the city to the north, visit our mobile bathroom trailer rentals in the City of Los Angeles. For every city we serve, open the bathroom trailer rental locations across Southern California.

Lakewood

Just north of Long Beach, Lakewood fills its parks with community events most of the year, from the Pan American Fiesta at Mayfair Park to free summer concerts on Thursday evenings. Backyard parties on its wide residential streets are an easy fit for a 2-station or 3-station unit, and park events often call for a 5-station plus an accessible room.

Signal Hill

Signal Hill sits inside Long Beach on its own hill, with Hilltop Park looking out to Catalina Island and Palos Verdes on a clear day. Steep streets and tight lots mean we scout the route first and often send a shorter trailer, while commercial sites and auto lots along the flats take larger units with ease.

Carson

West of Long Beach, Carson is home to Dignity Health Sports Park and the LA Galaxy, along with refineries, warehouses and logistics yards. Game day tailgates, stadium events and long industrial jobs all call for bigger units, so the 9-station, the 8-station private bathroom and the ADA plus 6 do most of the work there.
