A phone call is the fastest way to book. Tell us the address, the dates and about how many people will use the trailer, and we'll quote you on that same call with a plan for power, water and placement. Most backyard parties and small location shoots take the 2-station luxury bathroom trailer for Santa Clarita homes and small sets. Large shoots, festivals and busy job sites usually get the 9-station portable bathroom trailer we send to Santa Clarita base camps and big crowds. Call or request a quote now, even if your date is months out, and we'll set the trailer aside for you.

Really nice restrooms! Very luxurious, and it beats a regular porta potty any day, especially in this Santa Clarita heat!
★★★★★ Google review
I highly recommend The Lavatory Los Angeles for all your restroom needs. They helped me out last minute, and the restrooms were very clean and smelled good.
Our dispatch desk answers every hour of every day. If a water main breaks at your Valencia office or your guest list jumps to 200, call (818) 593-0069. You'll know right away which trailer is closest and how soon it can roll.
Our signature luxury bathroom trailers, inside and out
Step inside any of our trailers and it feels like a nice home bathroom, not a construction toilet. You get white china toilets with a foot flush, stainless steel sinks with running water, framed mirrors, good lighting and a wall unit that cools or heats the room. Onboard fresh water and waste tanks mean the trailer works even where there's no hookup, and we stock it before it leaves the yard with premium paper, hand towels, soap and a light fragrance.

Every unit is ours. We own the whole fleet, so the people who quote you are the same people who deliver it, level it and service it. Nothing gets handed off to a stranger. Here is the lineup at a glance:
- 2-station: one women's room and one men's room, for about 150 guests and under
- 3-station: two women's rooms and one men's room, for up to about 225 guests
- 5-station: three stalls for women and a stall plus a urinal for men, for 150 to 450 guests
- 9-station: five women's stalls, two men's stalls and two urinals, for 400 to 900 guests
- 8-station private stall deluxe: eight unisex rooms, each with its own toilet, urinal and sink, for 400 to 600 guests
- ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6: an accessible unisex room with a built-in ramp, plus two or six more stations
Why The Lavatory Los Angeles is the top choice for luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Santa Clarita
Santa Clarita is the third-largest city in Los Angeles County, with about 230,000 people spread across four villages and a ring of canyon communities. The jobs here are spread out too. A shoot can sit at the end of a two-mile ranch road, a quinceanera can be on a hillside lot in Canyon Country, and a home builder can need a trailer on a graded pad that didn't exist last month. We plan for all of it, and we bring the gear to make it work.
Our drivers carry leveling blocks for driveways on a hill, extra hose for long water runs and generators for sites with no outlet. Our trailers are new or close to it, and each one passes a 120-point inspection before it goes out. If something does go wrong on your date, a service tech is a phone call away at any hour. That is why people who have rented from us once keep our number, and why we have the reviews to back it up.
We are also more than a Santa Clarita company. The Lavatory Los Angeles is part of the largest network of luxury bathroom trailer rentals across Los Angeles County, so if you need trailers for a second site in the San Fernando Valley or a sister event in Orange County, one call covers both. Same team, same standard, same quick answer at (818) 593-0069.
Studio-ready bathroom trailers for film shoots, movie ranches and sound stages
Few places outside Hollywood see as much filming as Santa Clarita. The city counts more than 20 sound stages, more than 10 movie ranches and thousands of film-friendly locations, all inside the Los Angeles 30-Mile Zone and less than 30 miles north of downtown. Ranches like Santa Clarita Movie Ranch, Sable Ranch, Diamond V Movie Ranch, Rancho Maria, Rancho Deluxe and Blue Cloud Ranch, which covers more than 250 acres, sit inside the city's Movie Ranch Overlay Zone. That zone is set up for faster permits and lower costs, which keeps productions coming back year after year.
The history goes deep. William S. Hart, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, John Wayne and Gene Autry all made pictures here, and Old Town Newhall still celebrates that past every spring with the Newhallywood Silent Film Festival, set for May 22 to 24 in 2026.
Just outside the city line, Vasquez Rocks Natural Area near Agua Dulce covers 932 acres of tilted sandstone that has stood in for alien planets in a long list of Star Trek episodes and films. Locations like that have no plumbing at all, which is where a self-contained trailer with its own fresh water tank, waste tank and generator earns its keep.

A shoot needs restrooms that show up on time, stay out of the frame and never become the reason a setup stalls. We deliver before your call time, park at base camp or wherever the location manager points, and pick up after wrap. On multi-day shoots we pump and restock between shooting days so the trailer is fresh when the first van pulls in. Many productions put our units beside their honeywagon for background and extras holding, or rent them in place of one on smaller jobs.
- Desert and backcountry locations: a 9-station or 8-station private stall deluxe unit with a generator, so a big crew and background cast never wait in line
- Sound stages and warehouses: our trailers fit through most stage doors and can park inside on a flat floor, close to set but off the sound path
- Homes and neighborhood streets: a compact 2-station unit fits in a driveway without blocking the street or the neighbors
- Commercials and stills: one-day drop and pickup, often same-day when a booking comes in late
Tell us the shoot dates, the address or ranch name and your crew count when you call (818) 593-0069. We'll match the size, plan the power and, if you need it, put the delivery and pickup windows right on your schedule.
Where our mobile bathroom trailers go across Santa Clarita, neighborhood by neighborhood
The City of Santa Clarita formed in December 1987 out of Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus and Valencia. Today it is the 18th-largest city in California, and the valley around it adds more communities in unincorporated Los Angeles County. We deliver to every one of them, and we know the roads that matter: Interstate 5, the Antelope Valley Freeway, Soledad Canyon Road, Bouquet Canyon Road and the Valencia Boulevard corridor.
Valencia: Bridgeport, Westridge and FivePoint Valencia
Valencia holds the city's office parks, its biggest employers and some of its newest homes. Bridgeport wraps around a small lake with sail sculptures and a wooden bridge, a popular spot for engagement photos and small outdoor parties. Westridge sits up in the hills with golf course views and larger lots that suit a 3-station or 5-station unit. West of Six Flags Magic Mountain, FivePoint Valencia keeps adding new neighborhoods, and its graded pads and model home sites are a regular stop for our long-term trailers.

Newhall and Placerita Canyon
Newhall is the oldest part of the valley. Main Street in Old Town Newhall hosts block parties, holiday lights and film screenings, and its side streets fill with small venues, restaurants and older homes on narrow lots. A 2-station trailer is often the right fit here. Up Placerita Canyon Road, the Placerita Canyon Nature Center, The Master's University and several private film ranches sit among the oaks, where a level gravel pad and a generator are the usual plan.
Saugus: Plum Canyon, Copper Hill and Central Park
Saugus is family country, with big tract neighborhoods in Plum Canyon and along Copper Hill Drive. Birthday parties, graduation open houses and backyard weddings make up a big share of our Saugus bookings. Central Park, the city's largest sports park, sits here too, with four baseball diamonds, eight soccer fields and a disc golf course that host tournaments and food and music festivals.

Canyon Country: Vista Canyon and Fair Oaks Ranch
On the east side, Canyon Country climbs into the hills along the Antelope Valley Freeway. Vista Canyon is a new neighborhood built around a Metrolink station, with more than 240 detached homes and more on the way. Fair Oaks Ranch and the streets off Sand Canyon Road have larger yards and driveways that climb, so we look at photos before delivery and bring the right blocking.
Outside city limits: Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Val Verde and Tesoro del Valle
Stevenson Ranch sits just west of Interstate 5, Castaic and Val Verde spread out to the north near Castaic Lake, and Tesoro del Valle tucks into the hills above Valencia. These areas are part of the Santa Clarita Valley but fall under Los Angeles County, not the city, which matters for permits. We cover them all at the same speed.

Temporary bathroom trailer rentals for home building, road work and other long jobs
Santa Clarita keeps growing, and construction sites need restrooms that last for months. FivePoint Valencia is planned for about 20,000 homes when it is done, with national builders working several phases at once. Los Angeles County broke ground on Fire Station 46 in Valencia on May 29, 2026, a 13,000 square foot station set to open in October 2027. In Canyon Country, Vista Canyon keeps filling in around its transit center.
Out on the freeway, the I-5 North County Enhancements project covers 14 miles from the Antelope Valley Freeway interchange to Parker Road in Castaic. LA Metro and Caltrans are adding a carpool lane each way, truck lanes and a new Weldon Canyon Bridge. Jobs like these run for years, and the people working them deserve a clean place to wash up.

For job sites we set up weekly or twice-weekly service: we pump the waste tank, refill fresh water, restock paper and soap and clean every surface. A long-term trailer is a big step up from a row of plastic units, and it shows the people on your site that you care. Most general contractors start with the ADA plus 2 deluxe bathroom trailer for Santa Clarita job sites, which holds up to about 30 workers and gives you an accessible room with a ramp in the same trailer. Larger sites add a 5-station or 9-station unit. When a phase wraps, we move the trailer to your next pad.
- Model home complexes and sales offices that need a nicer restroom for buyers
- Office and lab remodels in the Valencia business parks while building restrooms are closed
- School and church projects where the regular bathrooms are torn out
- Utility and freeway work with trailers moved along the route as the crews advance
Portable bathroom trailers for offices, plants, campuses, company events and more
Santa Clarita is more than a bedroom community. Its largest employers include Six Flags Magic Mountain with about 2,500 workers, Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital with about 1,775, Princess Cruises with about 1,100, The Master's University, Boston Scientific, Logix, Advanced Bionics and Woodward HRT. Around them sit the business parks of Valencia, full of labs, plants, warehouses and offices. Every one of those sites eventually has a day when the building restrooms can't keep up or aren't available.
Sometimes it is a remodel that closes a whole floor. Other times it is a shutdown week with extra contractors, or a company picnic for 600 people on the back lawn. We've handled each of those. A plant manager usually wants a trailer that is clean every morning, close to the work and out of the way of forklifts. An HR team planning a picnic wants something that looks good next to the catering. We plan for both, and we put it in writing on your quote.

- Restroom remodels and repairs in offices, labs and medical buildings
- Plant shutdowns and turnarounds with extra contractors on site for days or weeks
- Company picnics, holiday parties and customer events on a lawn or in a parking lot
- Campus events, move-in weekends and outdoor commencement seating
- Health fairs, blood drives and vaccine clinics in parking lots
For a business account, we can set a standing service schedule, bill one location or many, and keep a trailer on call for the next emergency. Ask about it when you call (818) 593-0069.
Quinceaneras, graduations, festivals and more with deluxe bathroom trailers in Santa Clarita
Parties are where a nice bathroom gets noticed. A quinceanera guest list often runs past 150 people, and one house bathroom isn't built for that. A trailer in the driveway keeps guests out of your home and keeps lines short. Families in Canyon Country and Saugus book us for quinceaneras most weekends in spring and summer, and many pick the 3-station deluxe trailer, which gives the women two rooms and the men one.

Graduation season is close behind. High school and college ceremonies across the valley land in late May and June, and the open house parties follow on the same few weekends. Book early for those dates. A 2-station trailer handles most backyard graduation parties, and a 5-station covers the big ones with a taco truck and a DJ.
Community events keep us busy all year. The SENSES Block Party fills Main Street in Old Town Newhall from 7 to 10 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month from April through September. Light Up Main Street brings food trucks, music and thousands of holiday lights to Newhall on Saturday, November 21, from 4 to 8 p.m. Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, a 9,000-acre park, hosts Spartan races and triathlons, and the historic Towsley Lodge at Ed Davis Park in Towsley Canyon books weddings and private parties among the oaks.

We also handle church festivals, school carnivals, company picnics, car shows, memorial services and anniversary parties. Whatever the event, call (818) 593-0069 with your guest count and the hours, and we'll tell you exactly which trailer fits.
Matching the bathroom trailer station count to your crowd, your hours and your site
Three things decide the size: how many people, how many hours and whether drinks are flowing. When you are between two sizes, go one size up. Long lines are the thing people remember. These numbers come straight from our fleet specs.
- 2-station luxury trailer: up to about 150 guests. Best for backyard parties, small offices, home remodels and single-location shoots.
- 3-station deluxe trailer: up to about 225 guests. A favorite for quinceaneras, showers and church events because the women get two rooms.
- 5-station portable trailer: 150 to 450 guests, 200 to 500 for a five-hour event. 200 gallons of fresh water and a 520 gallon waste tank.
- 9-station mobile trailer: 400 to 900 guests for a five-hour event. A 750 gallon waste tank and two air conditioners. Our pick for base camps, festivals and big job sites.
- 8-station private stall deluxe: 400 to 600 guests. Eight unisex rooms, 400 gallons of fresh water and a 1,000 gallon waste tank. Built for galas, premieres and VIP areas.
- ADA plus 2 temporary trailer: events up to 200 guests or job sites up to 30 workers, with an accessible unisex room and a self-contained ramp built to California standards.
- ADA plus 6 accessible trailer: up to 300 guests or workers, with four men's rooms, two women's rooms and one accessible unisex room with a ramp.

Plan on one accessible unit for any public event, and more if your crowd is large. Not sure? Send us the guest count and the event length and we'll size it for you on the call.
Water, waste and power: what a mobile bathroom trailer needs on your site
Every trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so it works with or without a hookup. A 2-station unit holds 105 gallons of fresh water. The 5-station and 9-station units hold 200 gallons each, while the 8-station private stall unit holds 400. Waste tanks run from 200 gallons on the compact 2-station up to 1,000 gallons on the 8-station. For a one-day party, the tanks are almost always enough on their own.
For longer events and job sites, a garden hose to a spigot keeps the fresh side full, and we schedule pump-outs for the waste side. On a busy multi-day festival we may pump every day. On a quiet job site with ten workers, once a week is common. We'll set the schedule from your head count, and we adjust it if the numbers change.
Power is simple. The 2-station, 3-station and 5-station units need one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within about 100 feet. The 9-station, the 8-station private stall unit and both ADA units need two. A regular garage or patio outlet usually works. If your site has no outlet, we bring a generator, fuel it and place it where the noise stays away from your guests or your microphones.
Permits, placement and power for bathroom trailers in the City of Santa Clarita
Most private parties at a home don't need a permit for a trailer. Public events are different. The city treats an event as a special event when it needs outside infrastructure such as tents, bleachers, portable toilets, a stage or sound, or when it uses a street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way. Events on private property, like a festival in a business park lot, usually need a Temporary Use Permit instead, and large tents and stages also go through Building and Safety. The city's plan an event page for Santa Clarita explains the steps, and the Arts and Events Office at (661) 250-3732 can tell you which permit fits your plan.
Film work goes through the Santa Clarita Film Office on Valencia Boulevard, which handles permits for shoots inside city limits. Thinking of renting your house to a production? The city's filming on your property guide walks you through it. The trailer simply goes on the same plan. Addresses in Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Val Verde, Agua Dulce and other unincorporated areas go through Los Angeles County instead, so check with the county before your event.

For placement, we need a fairly level spot about the size of a parking space or two, depending on the unit, and room for our truck to back in. A 9-station trailer is about 26 feet long with the tongue, and an 8-station private stall unit is about 35 feet. We can level on blocks on a gentle slope, and we always look at photos of hillside lots first. Gates, low branches and soft dirt matter too, so tell us about them when you call.
Heat, Santa Ana winds and fire season: how we keep private bathroom trailers ready
Santa Clarita summers are hot. August is the warmest month, with an average high of about 94 degrees, and afternoons over 100 degrees are common. On July 6, 2018, the valley hit more than 115 degrees. Every trailer we rent has air conditioning, and on hot days we start it early so the rooms are cool when your first guest walks in. In winter, the same unit runs as a heater for cold desert mornings at a ranch shoot.

Fall brings the Santa Ana winds, most often in October and November, and the valley has seen big fires. The Tick Fire in October 2019 forced about 40,000 people to evacuate and burned 4,615 acres. The Route Fire, as tracked by CAL FIRE near Castaic Lake in 2022 burned 5,208 acres and closed Interstate 5 in both directions, and the Post Fire in 2024 burned more than 15,000 acres to the north.
When an emergency hits, we move fast. We send trailers to fire camps, evacuation centers, shelters and businesses with broken water lines, and our emergency delivery runs 24/7. If a water main breaks at your office or plant, call (818) 593-0069 and we can often have a trailer there within 1 to 2 hours.
How renting a luxury bathroom trailer works, step by step
- Call or ask for a quote. Give us the address, the dates, the guest or worker count and a photo of the spot if you can. We quote on the same call.
- We plan the setup. We pick the size, check power and water, and set the delivery and pickup windows around your schedule.
- We deliver and level it. Our driver places the trailer, levels it, connects power and water, turns on the air and shows you how everything works.
- We service and pick up. We pump and restock on long rentals, and after your event or job we haul it away and leave the site clean.
Booking takes one phone call to (818) 593-0069, and you can do it any time of day.
Three Santa Clarita bathroom trailer jobs from our files
A two-week western shoot on a movie ranch
A production rented a ranch in the Movie Ranch Overlay Zone for two weeks of exterior work with about 120 people on set each day. We delivered a 9-station unit to base camp and a 2-station near the set, both on generators. We serviced them every evening after wrap, and nothing broke all two weeks. "Nobody had to think about the bathrooms once," the location manager told our driver. They booked us again for the reshoots.
A quinceanera on a sloped driveway in Canyon Country
A family expected 180 guests and had a driveway with a steady slope down to the street. They sent photos, and our driver showed up with extra blocking, set a 3-station trailer dead level and ran power from the garage. The party went past midnight. "My mother-in-law said it was nicer than her bathroom," the mom laughed when she called the next week to book a graduation party for her son.
A long-term rental at a Valencia housing site
A builder needed a restroom for about 25 workers plus a sales trailer that buyers would visit. We set an ADA plus 2 unit on the pad with weekly service. When the phase finished, we moved the same trailer across the street to the next one in an afternoon. "Easiest vendor on the job," the superintendent said.
Brands, teams and venues that have rented our bathroom trailers
Our trailers have served Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target, the hospitality team at Caesars Palace, and pro sports teams including the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A's and the Las Vegas Raiders. Companies that could rent from anyone choose a luxury trailer because a cheap restroom at a launch or a VIP party says the wrong thing about their brand. The same fleet that serves those names serves your backyard in Saugus.

Questions people ask about bathroom trailer rentals in Santa Clarita
Can a bathroom trailer go on a film permit for a Santa Clarita ranch or a private home?
Yes. We work with productions all the time. Give your location manager our delivery details and we'll match the permit hours, park where the plan shows and stay out of the shot.
How fast can you get a trailer to my site in Santa Clarita?
We often get there within 1 to 2 hours of your call, and same-day delivery is normal. For weekends in May, June and October, book early so the size you want is free.
Will the trailer stay cool on a 105 degree afternoon?
Yes. Every trailer has air conditioning, and the 9-station and 8-station units have two. We turn it on before your event so the rooms are cool when guests arrive.
Do I need a permit for a trailer at a park or on a street?
Usually, yes. A public event that uses portable toilets or a street needs a city Special Event Permit. Private parties at a home usually do not. Call the city Arts and Events Office to confirm.
My address is in Stevenson Ranch or Castaic. Do you deliver there?
Yes. We cover the whole Santa Clarita Valley, including unincorporated Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Val Verde, Agua Dulce and Tesoro del Valle, at the same speed.
How much flat space does a trailer need?
A 2-station unit needs about one parking space. A 9-station is about 26 feet long and the 8-station private stall unit about 35 feet. We can level on blocks on a gentle slope.
Who cleans and restocks the trailer on a long rental?
We do. On job sites and multi-day shoots we pump the waste tank, refill fresh water, restock supplies and clean on a set schedule, weekly or more often if you need it.
Can you bring a trailer during a fire or a water outage?
Yes. Our emergency delivery runs 24/7. We send trailers to fire camps, shelters and businesses with broken water lines, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.
Can a trailer park inside a sound stage or warehouse?
Often, yes. Our trailers fit through most large stage doors and can sit on a flat concrete floor. We run power from a stage outlet or a generator and pump the tanks outside on service days.
What happens if something breaks during my event?
Call our 24/7 line. A service tech can usually talk you through a fix on the phone, and if not, we send someone out. Our fleet is new or close to it, so problems are rare.
How far ahead should I book for a Santa Clarita event in summer?
Two to four weeks is safe for most dates, and longer for graduation weekends and the Fourth of July. Same-day bookings still happen all the time, so call even if your date is close.
Do you rent trailers for quinceaneras and graduation parties at home?
All the time. A 3-station trailer is the most popular pick for a quinceanera, and a 2-station handles most graduation parties. We set it in your driveway or side yard.
