Why The Lavatory Los Angeles is the first call for deluxe bathroom trailers in Lancaster

Lancaster is the largest city in the Antelope Valley, a high desert city of wide lettered avenues, fast growth and serious industry. The same week can bring a softball tournament at the Big 8 complex, a test program at Edwards Air Force Base, a solar build west of town and a quinceaƱera in a backyard in Del Sur. We have trailers sized for each of those jobs. They all arrive the same way. Clean, stocked, cooled or heated, and on time.

Every unit in our fleet is a luxury bathroom trailer. Never a plastic box. Inside you find white china toilets with a foot flush, stainless steel sinks with running water, big framed mirrors, finished floors and real lighting. Air conditioning and heat come standard, which matters a lot in a valley that swings from 100 degree afternoons to frosty winter nights. Each rental comes with premium paper goods, soap, towels and a fresh scent, so you do not have to bring supplies.

We are a direct fleet, not a reseller or a broker. The Lavatory Los Angeles owns its trailers and its trucks, and the person who answers (818) 593-0069 at 2 a.m. can book the job and send a driver. Event teams, plant managers and homeowners in Lancaster keep our number saved for that reason. Try us. Call or ask for a quote and you will see how fast it goes.

Luxury bathroom trailer rentals delivered across Lancaster neighborhoods

Lancaster covers close to 95 square miles, and the ground changes a lot from one side to the other. Our drivers know the grid of lettered avenues and numbered streets, which makes finding a site simple. The bigger question is the last 200 feet. Is it paved, gravel or soft dirt? Is there room to turn a truck? Here is how the city breaks down for us.

Downtown and the Avenue J to Avenue K core

The blocks around Lancaster Boulevard hold City Hall, the Lancaster Performing Arts Center, the Museum of Art and History and a long row of restaurants. Street fairs here close the road to traffic, so we stage trailers on side streets or in public lots near the event, never in the middle of the walking crowd. For short street events a 5-station on a paved lot handles a busy evening well.

College Terrace and El Dorado

These neighborhoods sit around Antelope Valley College on Avenue K and the streets west of the 14 freeway. Graduation parties, church events and backyard birthdays are the usual calls. Driveways here are paved and fairly wide, and a 2-station or 3-station fits on most of them with room for the stairs.

Westside, Antelope Acres and Del Sur

West of 60th Street West the lots get big and the roads get rough. Antelope Acres is known for large lots and horse property, and Del Sur, Fairmont and Neenach stretch toward the hills. Long gravel driveways and dirt pads are normal out here. That is fine with us. Send us a photo of the spot and the road in. We will tell you which unit fits and whether we need to bring a generator.

Eastside and the Avenue M corridor

East of Sierra Highway the city opens into newer tracts, schools and plenty of open land toward the Antelope Valley Indian Museum and Saddleback Butte. Family parties, long remodels and school events are common here. Most homes have room for a compact trailer along the driveway.

North Lancaster near Fox Field and Avenue G

The north end holds General William J. Fox Airfield, Apollo Community Regional Park with its three lakes, and the famous Musical Road on Avenue G. Big pads and industrial yards make delivery easy here. Trucks love this side of town. We set trailers for hangar events, warehouse jobs and park gatherings on this side of town.

Your address does not need to be on this list. If it has a Lancaster ZIP code, or it sits anywhere in the Antelope Valley, we deliver to it. See all of bathroom trailer service areas across Los Angeles County for the wider map, or just call (818) 593-0069 with the cross streets.

Portable bathroom trailers for Lancaster parks, festivals and public events

Lancaster runs a busy event calendar, and many of its best venues are outdoors with only a small restroom building, or none at all near the action. A trailer close to the crowd cuts the lines and keeps people near the stage, the field or the vendor rows. These are the places we plan around most often.

Big 8 Softball Complex at Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park

This 63-acre park by the 14 freeway between Avenues K and L hosts national softball tournaments on eight fenced, lighted fields. A tournament weekend can bring hundreds of players and families who stay from the first pitch to the last game under the lights. The park also hosts company picnics and family reunions near its activity center. Long lines form fast between games. For a full tournament we usually suggest a 9-station near the main walkway, with a mid-day service stop on the busy day.

American Heroes Park, Apollo Park and Prime Desert Woodland

American Heroes Park on West Kettering Street has baseball and soccer fields that fill with league games. Apollo Community Regional Park on Avenue G draws fishing derbies, picnics and car meets around its lakes named Aldrin, Armstrong and Collins. The Prime Desert Woodland Preserve on 35th Street West hosts nature walks and school groups. Each one is a good fit for a 3-station or 5-station on a paved lot nearby.

Downtown street fairs, LPAC shows and museum nights

Celebrate Downtown Lancaster has filled Lancaster Boulevard between Fern and Date Avenues with food, music and art booths since 2005. The Lancaster Performing Arts Center is the largest stage in the valley and home of the Antelope Valley Ballet, and MOAH runs openings and family days through the year. Sponsors and VIP areas at these events often want a deluxe trailer of their own, with real sinks and mirrors, set just behind the tents.

Air shows and big crowds at Fox Field

The Los Angeles County Air Show has filled Fox Field in past years with jets, warbirds and huge crowds, and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds headlined in 2015. Shade is scarce out there. An airfield event spreads people across a huge, open space, and the walk back to a building can take ten minutes or more. We place several units along the crowd line, plus an accessible trailer near the entry. The airport is owned by Los Angeles County, so ground rules for events come from the county airport office for Fox Field.

Temporary bathroom trailers for aerospace, solar, plant and hospital work

Lancaster is a working city first. Edwards Air Force Base, east of Rosamond, supports more than 10,000 military, federal civilian and contract staff on a 481-square-mile installation, and many of those contractors live and build in Lancaster. Boeing, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin all have a strong presence in the valley. BYD builds electric buses at its Lancaster plant, the largest electric bus factory in North America. Sygma and Morton Manufacturing round out the list of big employers.

Long jobs at places like these need a trailer that holds up for months, not a single day. We set the unit, then come back on a fixed schedule to pump the waste tank, refill fresh water and restock supplies. For job sites, the 2-station or the ADA plus 2 covers small teams, and the ADA plus 2 is rated for job sites of up to 30 workers. Bigger projects step up to a 5-station or the 8-station private stall deluxe bathroom trailer, which gives every user a private room with a toilet, urinal and sink.

Solar fields and energy builds

The Antelope Valley holds some of the largest solar farms in the state. Antelope Valley Solar Ranch One alone is a 242 megawatt plant that reached full operation in 2014, and new arrays and battery sites keep going up on open land around the city. These sites are flat, dusty and far from any plumbing. No problem. Our trailers carry their own fresh water, and we bring a generator when there is no power on the pad.

Transit yards, warehouses and distribution sites

The Antelope Valley Transit Authority is based in Lancaster and switched its bus fleet over to electric, with a solar project planned on 43 acres next to its depot. Projects like that bring electricians, paving teams and inspectors onto a working yard for months. Warehouses and food distribution sites along the north end see the same thing during expansions and dock repairs. We set the trailer out of the way of truck traffic, close to the work, and service it on days that do not clash with deliveries. Shift work is common, so the unit stays lit and climate controlled around the clock.

Hospital and medical campus projects

Antelope Valley Medical Center is the only full-service acute care hospital in the valley, and its emergency department expansion adds 40 treatment bays. When work shuts down a restroom wing, or a project team needs its own facilities on a tight campus, a clean, quiet trailer near a side entrance keeps staff and visitors out of the main building. The ADA units are a strong fit here because patients and visitors may need the accessible room.

California has firm rules for toilets on construction sites. Cal/OSHA sets the minimum number of toilet facilities by crew size in Title 8 section 1526 of the state construction safety orders. We help you match your head count to the right station count, then we keep the unit serviced so you stay ahead of it.

Which station size fits your Lancaster bathroom trailer rental?

Size comes down to three things: how many people, how many hours and whether food and drinks are flowing. The numbers below come straight from the specs of our own fleet. If you are torn between two sizes, go with the bigger one. Nobody remembers a short line. Everybody remembers a long one.

2-station bathroom trailer

One women's room and one men's room in a compact unit that fits a driveway or a side yard. It carries 105 gallons of fresh water and needs one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit. Homeowners in the middle of a remodel book it most. See the compact 2-station portable bathroom page for full details.

3-station bathroom trailer

Two women's rooms and one men's room, with 200 gallons of fresh water and a 400 gallon waste tank on the standard model. It plugs into one 20 amp circuit. Mid-size parties like the extra women's room, since that side of the line always moves slower.

5-station bathroom trailer

The women's side has 3 stalls and 2 sinks, and the men's side has 1 stall, 1 urinal and 1 sink. It serves about 150 to 450 guests, or 200 to 500 for a five-hour event, with 200 gallons of fresh water and a 520 gallon waste tank. This is the most popular size for tournaments, receptions and company picnics. Learn more about the 5-station deluxe bathroom trailer rental in Los Angeles County.

9-station bathroom trailer

Women get 5 stalls and 2 sinks, and men get 2 stalls, 2 urinals and 1 sink. It serves about 400 to 900 guests over five hours, with two AC units, a 750 gallon waste tank and two 20 amp circuits. Pick it for air shows, street fairs and full tournament weekends.

8-station private stall deluxe

Eight unisex private rooms, each with its own toilet, urinal and sink. It serves about 400 to 600 guests and carries 400 gallons of fresh water and a 1,000 gallon waste tank. Plants, hospitals and upscale events like it because every user gets a private room.

ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6

The ADA plus 2 has one women's room, one men's room and one accessible unisex room with a self-contained ramp built to the California standard. It fits events up to about 200 guests. The ADA plus 6 has seven rooms in all, four men's, two women's and one accessible unisex room, with a ramp built to federal and California standards for events and job sites up to 300 guests. Read more on our accessible ADA bathroom trailers for Southern California page.

A quick word on hookups. The small units plug into a single household-style 20 amp outlet, and the 9-station, the 8-station and both ADA models want two. The cord reaches about 100 feet. Out on a dirt lot with no outlet at all? That is normal in the Antelope Valley, and we simply bring a generator along. Water is never a problem because each trailer arrives with its tank full.

Private bathroom trailers for Lancaster homes, ranches and family celebrations

Big family events are a Lancaster tradition. QuinceaƱeras, graduation parties for Antelope Valley College and the local high schools, baby showers, church picnics and reunions on a ranch lot can pull a hundred guests or more. One house bathroom was never meant for that. A trailer in the side yard keeps guests out of the house and keeps the line short.

Home projects are the other big reason families call. Remodels and sewer repairs can leave a house without a working toilet for weeks. Hotels add up fast. We park a compact unit on the driveway, plug it into a garage outlet and set a weekly service day. You keep living at home while the work gets done.

Horse property in Antelope Acres and the west side gets its own plan. Long driveways, gates and soft arena dirt mean we look closely at the photos before we send a truck. For barn parties and riding events we like a 3-station or 5-station on the firmest ground near the parking area, with the stairs facing away from the stalls.

Mobile bathroom trailers for film shoots and production base camps

The open desert, the long straight roads and the clear light around Lancaster have made it a favorite spot for commercials, music videos, TV and features. A shoot in the valley often parks its base camp on an empty lot or a stretch of dirt miles from a building, and cast and crew still need real restrooms all day.

In Lancaster, FilmLA handles film permits for the city, and the city code requires a permit for filming on public or private property, with only a few exceptions. The Los Angeles County Fire Department also runs a Public Safety and Film Unit that reviews safety on many county shoots. Your location manager handles those permits. We handle the restrooms. Most shoots take a 2-station for talent plus a 5-station or 9-station near the crew tents, delivered to match the call sheet.

Night shoots are common out here. The heat drops and the sky goes truly dark. Every trailer has bright interior lights, so night use is easy. For a multi-day shoot we set a service visit before each new call time, so the unit is fresh when the crew rolls in.

Permits and placement for bathroom trailer rentals in Lancaster

For a private party on private land, the plan is simple: pick a firm, level spot, keep a clear path for the truck and leave room for the stairs or ramp. Public events are different. The City of Lancaster asks event organizers to file a special event application at least 30 days before the date, and events that bring in temporary setups such as portable restrooms fall under that permit. The city may also ask for hand wash stations outside when food is served.

We help with the restroom part of your plan. Tell us the expected crowd and the hours, and we send you the unit sizes, the station count and a site sketch you can attach to your application. If the event sits in a county area such as Antelope Acres, the county handles the permit instead of the city, so check early which agency covers your address.

Placement tips for desert ground

  • Firm gravel, asphalt and packed dirt work well. Loose sand and soft fill can sink a jack stand, so we bring blocks and pads for those spots.
  • Face the doors away from the afternoon wind and away from food prep areas.
  • Keep the trailer within 100 feet of power, or leave a clear spot for a generator on bare ground away from dry brush.
  • Place the accessible unit on the flattest ground close to the main path, with room for the ramp to land.

High desert weather and how our deluxe bathroom trailers handle it

Lancaster sits at about 2,300 feet in the high desert. Weather shapes every booking. July highs average in the mid to upper 90s and often top 100. January nights drop close to freezing, and every so often a winter storm covers the whole city in snow. Spring brings strong afternoon wind across the open valley.

Every trailer we rent has air conditioning and heat. On hot days we turn the AC on well before the first guest arrives so the unit is cool inside. On cold nights we keep the heat on and plan the water system around the overnight low. In wind, we set the stairs and rails tight and point the doors away from the gusts.

Fire season and emergency response

Fire season is real here. Summer and fall bring wildfire risk to the hills and canyons that ring the valley. Fox Field serves as a base for firefighting aircraft, and air tankers have flown out of it on fires such as the North Fire. When a fire, a water main break or a power loss hits, we offer emergency delivery around the clock. Fire camps, shelters and work crews can get clean restrooms and hand washing fast. Learn more on our emergency and disaster relief bathroom trailer page, or call (818) 593-0069 right away.

Wind and dust on open lots

Spring is wind season. Gusts pick up in the afternoon and carry fine dust across any open lot. We keep doors closed between uses, angle the unit so the steps sit on the sheltered side, and set service visits right after the windiest days so floors and counters get a full wipe down.

How renting a private bathroom trailer in Lancaster works

  1. Talk to dispatch. Phone (818) 593-0069 or fill out the quote form. We ask where, when, how many people and for how long, then price the right unit in writing.
  2. Show us the ground. A phone photo of the drop spot plus one of the gate or road in is plenty. From those we plan the approach, the leveling and the power source.
  3. We drop and dial it in. The truck arrives in your window. Our driver blocks and levels the trailer, locks the steps, fills the tank, runs every flush and sink, and sets the thermostat.
  4. We keep it fresh, then clear out. Multi-day jobs get pump-outs, water and supplies on a calendar you approve. On the last day we tow it out and you get your ground back.

Event units are set and tested before your start time. Job site units stay put for as long as the work lasts, whether that is a week or a year. Need one now? Call (818) 593-0069. Dispatch can tell you within minutes which unit is closest and how soon it can roll.

Famous names on our luxury bathroom trailer client list

Fortune 500 brands and some of the best known names in the country rent their restrooms from us when the impression matters. Our luxury bathroom trailers have served events and projects for Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target, hospitality at Caesars Palace, and pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A's and the Las Vegas Raiders. The same fleet, the same drivers and the same cleaning standard go to every Lancaster job, whether it is a product launch or a family reunion.

Three Lancaster jobs with our temporary bathroom trailers

A two-day softball tournament at the Big 8

A tournament host expected teams from across Southern California for a Saturday and Sunday on all eight fields. The park restroom building sat at one end, far from the farthest diamonds. We set a 9-station on the walkway between the back fields and an ADA plus 2 near the parking lot. A service stop on Saturday night had both units pumped, filled and restocked before the Sunday games began. The event manager said the lines never backed up, even between games.

A solar array build west of 110th Street West

A contractor building a solar field had about 25 workers on bare desert with no power and no water. We delivered an ADA plus 2 with a generator on the first day, then set weekly service for pumping, water and supplies. When the workforce grew for the panel install, we added a 5-station on the same service day. The units stayed until the last inspection, and the site superintendent told us it was the cleanest job site restroom his team had used.

A commercial shoot in Antelope Acres

A production company booked a two-day commercial on a dirt lot in Antelope Acres with an early call time. We delivered a 2-station for talent and clients and a 5-station for the production staff the evening before, so nothing was in the way when the trucks arrived. A night service visit had both units fresh for the second day, and the location coordinator booked us again for the next shoot in the valley.

Lancaster bathroom trailer rental questions

Can you set a trailer at the Big 8 complex or another city park for a tournament?

Yes. We deliver to city parks all the time, so the process is familiar: confirm your park reservation or event permit with the city first, then tell us where the fields and parking sit. We will suggest a spot that is easy to reach for players and easy for our truck to service.

Do you deliver to Antelope Acres, Del Sur and other rural parts of Lancaster?

Yes. Rural lots are some of our most common deliveries, and a photo of the road in and the spot you have in mind tells us nearly everything we need. Gravel and packed dirt are fine. If the ground is soft, we bring blocks and pads to keep the unit level.

How fast can you get a trailer to Lancaster?

We offer same-day delivery and 24/7 immediate dispatch, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. Call (818) 593-0069 and we will give you a time on the spot.

Can a trailer stay on a plant, solar or hospital site for months?

Yes. We rent by the week or by the month and set a recurring service schedule for pumping, fresh water and supplies, and we can relocate the unit as the job moves or add more units as the workforce grows.

Which trailer works best for a film or photo shoot?

Most shoots book a 2-station for talent and clients and a 5-station or 9-station for the crew. Tell us your call times and we will deliver and service around them.

Do you have an accessible option for a public event in Lancaster?

Yes. The ADA plus 2 and the ADA plus 6 each include an accessible unisex room with a self-contained ramp. For public events we suggest at least one accessible unit near the main path.

What power and water does a trailer need?

Most units need one or two standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet, and each trailer carries its own fresh water supply. If there is no power on site, we bring a generator.

Will the trailer stay comfortable in summer heat and winter cold?

Yes. Every unit has air conditioning and heat, and our drivers start the AC early on hot days and leave the heat running through cold nights, so the interior stays comfortable from the first visitor to the last.

Do you serve Edwards Air Force Base contractors and Rosamond?

Yes. We deliver to contractor yards, offices and job sites across Rosamond and the Edwards area. Base access rules come from the base, so your site contact sets up the gate pass for our driver.

How many stations does a Lancaster quinceaƱera or graduation party need?

For about 100 to 150 guests over an evening, a 3-station works well. Past 150 guests, or with an open bar, step up to the 5-station, which serves about 150 to 450 guests.

Can I rent shower trailers along with bathroom trailers?

Yes. Long jobs, fire camps and multi-day events often add showers, and our 8-station shower trailer is CAL FIRE approved. Ask about our private shower trailer rentals for the Antelope Valley when you call, and we will deliver both on the same trip.
