Bathroom trailer rentals for Palmdale aerospace plants, warehouse builds, desert job sites and more
Palmdale is an aircraft town. Air Force Plant 42 covers more than eight million square feet of buildings on the north side of the city, and it is the second-largest employer in the Antelope Valley. Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works, Northrop Grumman and Boeing have all built aircraft here, from the SR-71 and the B-2 to the B-21 Raider that Northrop is building now. A plant that size always has something torn up: a hangar upgrade, a parking lot rebuild, a test event, a new office wing. Our portable bathroom trailers give those projects real restrooms without tying into the building.

Plant 42 work, hangar projects and secure sites
Secure sites have rules, and we plan around them. Send us the gate, the escort process and the delivery window, and we will match the truck and driver info to your security office ahead of time. We set the trailer where your safety lead marks it, outside of taxi lanes and fire lanes, and we keep the same service day each week so the gate crew knows when to expect us. A 2-station or 3-station unit fits a small project area. A long hangar job with a shift of 100 people or more usually needs a 9-station, or two trailers spread across the site.
The Avenue M build corridor
The biggest new construction in Palmdale sits along Avenue M and Sierra Highway. The Antelope Valley Commerce Center is approved for about 9.4 million square feet of warehouses on 510 acres, with a first phase of six buildings. A 1 million square foot Trader Joe's food assembly and distribution facility is going up at Avenue M and 10th Street. Tilt-up jobs like these run for months, with concrete, steel and roofing crews on site at the same time as the inspectors. We set temporary bathroom trailers on the laydown yard and move them as the pads finish, and the service truck shows up on a fixed day to pump, refill and restock.

When a building is dried in, a trailer can move inside for the finish trades. Our compact units are about 12 to 17 feet long with the tongue and 11 feet 4 inches tall with the air unit, so most dock doors and roll-ups take them with room to spare. Measure your opening and we will confirm the fit before we schedule the move.
Rail, road and transit projects
Palmdale is also planning for high-speed rail. The High Desert Corridor would run about 54 miles from a station in Palmdale to the Brightline West line in the Victor Valley, and the state rail authority has signed an agreement with the corridor agency to plan the Palmdale station together. Survey crews, utility relocation teams and road builders working near the Palmdale Transportation Center and the Sierra Highway corridor need restrooms that move with them. A trailer on a short tongue can follow the work along a road job, and we can set two units at each end of a long closure.
Night shifts and swing shifts
Plants and distribution centers in Palmdale work around the clock, so our trailers are lit inside and out, with lights over each door and steps that stay steady in the dark. We plan service visits between shifts so no one finds a closed door at 2 a.m. Tell us when your shift change is and we will build the service window around it.

Need a quote for a plant or job site? Call (818) 593-0069 with the address, the head count per shift and how long the job runs. For long projects, our 9-station deluxe bathroom trailer for large Palmdale crews fits the most people per trailer, and the 8-station private bathroom trailer rental gives everyone a private room with its own sink.
Palmdale dispatch is open 24/7. Call (818) 593-0069 for same-day delivery, or request a free quote and we will reply fast with a size and a delivery plan.

Temporary bathroom trailers for Palmdale Regional Medical Center, clinics, schools, offices and more

Hospitals cannot close a restroom wing and hope for the best. Palmdale Regional Medical Center on Medical Center Drive is planned to grow to as many as 239 beds, and growth like that means remodels, new wings and parking work around a building that never closes. When plumbing work shuts restrooms in a hospital, a clinic or a school, we set a trailer close to the entrance the facilities team picks, with an accessible room and a ramp so patients, visitors and staff all have a clean option.
Offices, banks and stores along Palmdale Boulevard and Rancho Vista Boulevard call us for the same reason. A main line breaks, or a remodel closes the restrooms for a month. A 2-station unit handles a small office for weeks on one service visit a week. A busy store or a school campus usually needs a 3-station or a 5-station, plus an ADA unit. Our ADA plus 6 accessible bathroom trailer pairs a wheelchair-accessible room with six standard stations for sites that serve the public all day.

Where our portable bathroom trailers go in Palmdale, from the Avenue M plants to the south hills
Palmdale covers more than 100 square miles, and the drive from one side to the other can take half an hour. We plan routes by district so your trailer shows up on time. If your address is in the city or the county land around it, we serve it.

North Palmdale: Plant 42, Avenue M and Sierra Highway
This is the industrial side of town. The aerospace plants and the airfield sit here, and new logistics parks are going up next to them. Most of our work here is long-term job site service, shift-change coverage and plant events. Gate access and wide truck turns matter more than anything else, so tell us about both when you call.
Downtown, Palmdale Boulevard and Poncitlán Square
The old center of town runs along Palmdale Boulevard and Sierra Highway near City Hall and Poncitlán Square. Expect street events, church fairs, shop remodels and city projects. A spot on the street often needs a city permit, so we plan the footprint with you before delivery.
Rancho Vista Boulevard and the Antelope Valley Mall area
The west-side retail corridor around the Antelope Valley Mall and the Palmdale Amphitheater carries the city's biggest crowds. Concerts, shopping center events and restaurant remodels make up most of our calls here, along with weddings and parties in the homes off the boulevard.
Ritter Ranch, Elizabeth Lake Road and the west hills
Out toward the hills on the west edge of the city, lots are bigger and roads climb. Backyard weddings, ranch parties and new home builds are common. We look at the grade and the driveway before we send a long unit, and a compact 2-station often fits where a big trailer cannot.
Lake Palmdale and the 14 corridor
South of town, Lake Palmdale and the California Aqueduct sit along the Antelope Valley Freeway. Freeway work, water projects and homes on the slopes above the lake all call for trailers that can sit on uneven ground, and we bring the blocking and jacks to level them.
East Palmdale and the 47th to 90th Street East grid
The east side spreads out across long, straight streets toward Littlerock and Lake Los Angeles. Domenic Massari Park at 55th Street East and Avenue R hosts tournaments and family events, and the open lots out here are where many desert shoots and solar crews set up. Dirt access is fine for most of our units. Send us a photo of the road if it is soft sand.

Which station size fits a Palmdale job or event
The right size depends on how many people use it, how long they stay and how often we can service it. A plant shift of 80 people using one trailer for ten hours is a different load than 80 wedding guests over five hours. Here is how our fleet lines up.
2-station: small crews, offices and backyard parties
One women's room and one men's room, a 105 gallon fresh water tank and air conditioning with heat. It handles 150 guests and under at a party, or a small crew for a week between service visits, and it plugs into one standard 20 amp circuit.
3-station: mid-size events and longer workdays
Two women's rooms and one men's room, rated for about 225 guests. It fits a church fair or an office remodel, and it also covers a job site with a few dozen workers.
5-station: the all-around event size
Three women's stalls and two sinks on one side, a stall, a urinal and a sink on the other. It serves about 150 to 450 guests, carries 200 gallons of fresh water and a 520 gallon waste tank, and needs one 20 amp circuit within 100 feet.
8-station private: every door is a full private room
Eight unisex rooms, each with its own toilet, urinal and sink. It serves about 400 to 600 guests, carries 400 gallons of fresh water and is 35 feet long with the tongue. Plants and big events like it because lines move fast and no one shares a room.

9-station: tournaments, festivals and big shifts
Five women's stalls on one side, two stalls and two urinals on the other, with two climate units. It is rated for about 400 to 900 guests over a five hour event, and it is the workhorse for a large construction site.
ADA plus 2 and ADA plus 6: accessible rooms with ramps
The ADA plus 2 pairs an accessible unisex room and its built-in ramp with one women's and one men's room, for events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 workers. The ADA plus 6 adds four men's and two women's stations to the accessible room, for events and job sites up to about 300 people. Public events and hospital sites should always include one.

A quick head count guide
- Up to 150 people at a party, or a small crew of up to about 15 on weekly service: a 2-station
- About 150 to 225 guests, or a crew of 20 to 30: a 3-station
- 150 to 450 guests, or a crew of 30 to 60: a 5-station
- 400 to 600 guests who want private rooms, or a large plant shift: an 8-station private
- 400 to 900 guests, or a construction site with 100 or more workers: a 9-station, or two units spread apart
- Any public event, hospital or school: add an ADA plus 2 or an ADA plus 6

Mobile bathroom trailers for film ranches and desert shoots near Palmdale
The open desert around Palmdale shows up in car ads, music videos and features all the time. Four Aces Movie Ranch, Blayney Movie Ranch with its 160 acres of rock and Joshua trees, and Rocky Buttes Movie Ranch all sit within a short drive, and the city's “Remote Road” at East 90th Street and Avenue M is a one-mile paved stretch with nothing but desert around it. FilmLA handles Palmdale's film permits and asks for at least three full business days before the first day of work.

On a remote set, the restroom trailer is often the only building for miles. We bring a generator when there is no power, park downwind of the set and away from the shot, and service overnight so the trailer is fresh for the morning call. A 3-station or a 5-station covers most commercial crews. Larger features with background actors usually need a 9-station plus an ADA unit at base camp.

Luxury bathroom trailers for Palmdale concerts, festivals, weddings and more
The city fills its calendar with outdoor events, and the busy months run from spring through the holidays. We set deluxe bathroom trailers for public events, private parties and everything between.
Palmdale Amphitheater shows and the Fourth of July
The Palmdale Amphitheater on Rancho Vista Boulevard hosts the Summer Concert Series, the High Desert Beer and Wine Festival in May and the city's Fourth of July fireworks celebration, with gates at 6 p.m. and the show at 8 p.m. Big crowds plus summer heat means long lines, so plan on more stations than you think and an ADA unit near the gate.
DryTown summers, Poncitlán Square and the holidays
DryTown Water Park on East Avenue S runs summer programs like its Wild West Wednesdays. Poncitlán Square on 9th Street East hosts a summer light display, the Sheriff's Boosters Trunk or Treat and Car Show in October and Jolly Holiday on the Square in December. Vendors and organizers near these venues book our trailers for staff areas and overflow.
Tournaments at Domenic Massari Park
With five soccer fields, four little league fields and a skate park, Domenic Massari Park draws whole families for full weekends. A 5-station near the fields and a 2-station by the parking lot spreads out the crowd better than one big unit.
Weddings, quinceañeras and backyard parties
Palmdale backyards are big, and so are the guest lists. A 5-station at the side of the house keeps 200 guests out of your hallway, and the air conditioning makes a real difference on a July evening. For a formal wedding, the private rooms of the 8-station feel like a hotel. See our wedding and special event bathroom trailer guide for timelines and planning tips.

I rented a trailer for a reunion I was throwing for friends and it really helped me out. They delivered on time, and the person who set it up was nice, easy to talk to and very professional. The restrooms were spacious and clean. My wife recommended them and I am glad she did. I will rent from them again and I would 100% recommend this company.

A pleasant surprise! It was remarkably clean and smelled fresh, which I did not expect. The design had a touch of elegance that made it feel like a proper restroom instead of an outdoor one. Everything was well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a clean and classy option.

How renting a luxury bathroom trailer in Palmdale works
- Call or request a quote. Give us the address or gate, the dates, the head count or shift pattern and the type of job. We recommend a size and send the quote in writing.
- Plan the spot. Send a photo or two of where the trailer will go. We check the ground, the truck path, overhead lines and the nearest 20 amp outlet, or plan a generator.
- Delivery and setup. Our driver backs in, levels and chocks the trailer, sets the stairs and rails, fills and tests the water and shows your lead how the climate controls work.
- Service, then pickup. On long rentals we pump, refill and restock on a set day. When the job ends we haul the trailer away and leave the spot clean.
Power and water for mobile bathroom trailers
Most units need one or two standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within 100 feet. If your site has no power, we bring a quiet generator. Every trailer carries its own fresh water, from 105 gallons in the smallest to 400 gallons in the 8-station, so a hose is optional. On busy plant sites a hose connection cuts down on refill trips, and we can set that up.
What comes inside every trailer
- Flushing china toilets and running-water sinks
- Air conditioning and heat in every unit
- Mirrors, interior lighting and lights over each door
- Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and air freshener, stocked before delivery
- Steel stairs with handrails at every door, and ramps on the ADA units
Ready to plan yours? Call (818) 593-0069 or ask for a free quote online and we will answer fast.
Permits and placement rules for temporary bathroom trailers in Palmdale
Palmdale's rules depend on how long the event runs and where it sits. The city's special event permit application covers one-day events on private property, is filed with the Planning Division at least 30 days ahead, and requires that portable or permanent restrooms be provided. Events longer than one day, or events that serve alcohol, need a Temporary Use Permit instead.
Events on city park space go through Parks and Recreation. Their community event planning guide asks for an application at least 90 days out for small events and 120 days for large events or events with alcohol. A fire permit is required for every community event, an encroachment permit covers any street or parking lot closure, and Building and Safety signs off on generators of 120 kW or more. Our trailers draw far less power than that.
Construction sites have one more rule to know. The Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District asks larger projects to keep a dust control plan, and our trucks follow your site's speed limits and wash-down routes. For any permit packet, we put the trailer size and the delivery times in writing.
Ground, slope and access
Our trailers need firm, fairly level ground and a clear path for the truck. Packed dirt and gravel work well. Loose sand needs a firmer spot or boards under the jacks. Keep the trailer away from overhead lines, and leave about 3 feet in front of each set of stairs. The largest units are about 35 feet long with the tongue, so a long driveway helps.
Wind, heat, cold and fire season: emergency bathroom trailer rentals in Palmdale
High desert weather is hard on equipment. Wind advisories in the Antelope Valley bring steady winds of 20 to 35 miles per hour with gusts near 50, and blowing dust has closed lanes on the 14 Freeway. July averages about 95 degrees, and winter nights drop below freezing.

We set our trailers on stabilizer jacks and chock the wheels on every delivery, and on windy sites we face the doors away from the prevailing wind when the spot allows. Air conditioning runs on hot days and heat on cold nights. When a storm puts a delivery at risk, we call you early and pick the next safe window.

Snow does reach the valley floor some winters, and it piles up in the passes toward Acton and the Angeles Forest. Our trailers keep their heat on, and our drivers plan around road closures so a winter delivery still shows up.
Fire is the other big risk. In September 2020 the Bobcat Fire pushed into Juniper Hills and the Devils Punchbowl area southeast of Palmdale, and evacuees were sent to a Red Cross center at Palmdale High School. Shelters, staging areas and command posts need clean restrooms fast. Our dispatch line is open 24/7, and in an emergency we can often have a stocked trailer on site within 1 to 2 hours. Our emergency and disaster relief bathroom trailer page explains how we handle shelters, outages and broken water mains.

Named clients and three Palmdale bathroom trailer stories
Our fleet has served Google, Tesla, Caesars Palace, BMW, Mercedes, eBay and Target, along with the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A's and the Las Vegas Raiders. Around Palmdale, most of our customers are contractors, aerospace suppliers, property managers, schools, churches, production companies and families.

A warehouse pad off Avenue M. A general contractor pouring slabs for a new distribution building had about 120 workers on site at the peak. We set a 9-station and an ADA plus 2 at the laydown yard, serviced them twice a week, and moved them closer to the building once the walls were up.
A hangar office remodel. An aerospace supplier gutted the restrooms in a hangar office for six weeks. We placed a 3-station inside the hangar beside a roll-up door, ran it on a building outlet and serviced it each Friday after the day shift left.
A quinceañera in east Palmdale. A family expecting about 250 guests did not want a line at the house. We set a 5-station at the side gate in the afternoon, plugged it into the garage and picked it up the next day. The air conditioning kept it cool through a 98 degree evening.
Questions about bathroom trailer rentals in Palmdale, CA
How fast can you deliver a bathroom trailer in Palmdale?
Same-day delivery is often possible, and in an emergency we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. Our dispatch line answers 24/7 at (818) 593-0069. For big summer events, book a few weeks ahead so your size is open.
Can you deliver to a secure plant or a gated site?
Yes. Send us the gate address, the escort or badge process and your delivery window. We share the truck and driver details ahead of time and keep the same service day each week.
Do I need a city permit for a one-day event at my business?
One-day events on private property in Palmdale use a Special Event Permit, filed with the Planning Division at least 30 days ahead, and the city requires restrooms on site. Multi-day events or events with alcohol need a Temporary Use Permit.
Can a trailer cover a night shift?
Yes. Every unit has interior lights and lights over each door, plus heat for cold desert nights. We schedule service between shifts so the trailer is never closed when people need it.
How do the trailers handle Antelope Valley wind?
We set every trailer on stabilizer jacks and chock the wheels. On windy sites we pick a spot with some shelter and face the doors away from the wind when we can.
Can you supply a desert film shoot at a movie ranch?
Yes. Palmdale film permits go through FilmLA with at least three business days of lead time. We bring a generator when there is no power and service overnight so the trailer is fresh for the next call time.
What setup do I need for a shift of 300 people?
Plan on two units, such as a 9-station plus an ADA plus 6, spread out so no one walks far. We will adjust the count once we see the site and the break schedule.
Will a trailer fit through a warehouse or hangar door?
Most will. Our trailers stand about 11 feet 4 inches to 12 feet 6 inches tall with the air unit. Measure the door height and the turn inside, and we will confirm the fit.
Do you deliver outside the city, to Lake Los Angeles, Acton and Littlerock?
Yes. We serve the whole Antelope Valley and the canyons south of Palmdale. Rural roads are fine for most units; send a photo if the last stretch is soft sand.
Can you set a trailer next to a hospital or clinic entrance?
Yes. We work with your facilities team on the spot, include an accessible unit with a ramp, and set a service schedule that fits around patient traffic.
What if a fire, outage or broken main shuts our restrooms?
Call 24/7. We keep stocked trailers ready to go and can often be on site the same day, sometimes within 1 to 2 hours.
