Most of our event units go somewhere a delivery truck does not usually drive, like a back lawn or a long private drive in the hills. A few photos of the site and a look at the map are usually all we need to pick the spot together.

How far ahead should I book for a wedding?

For Saturdays from April through October, book two to three months out if you can. Weekday events and smaller parties can often be booked a week or less ahead, and we handle last-minute calls every day.

Can the unit arrive the day before the event?

Yes, and most weekend events get delivered on Friday so that the unit is set, tested and fully stocked well before the first guests arrive, with pickup usually scheduled for the day after.

Will a generator be loud during the ceremony?

Our generators are quiet models, and we park them as far from the ceremony and tables as the cords allow. If the venue has a standard outdoor outlet within 100 feet, you may not need one at all.

Can we decorate the inside of the unit?
